“Randy, Noah and CJ all helped me get clothes and work supplies for my son that's taking carpentry at Parkway West Technical Institute this year the clothes are a little bit expensive but they're worth it because their Carhartt and they have a very big selection plus they have boots if you need them to but these three guys really helped me out and whoever owns the store should really hire more guys like them. They were courteous professional and find everything I needed without me having to look everywhere”

“Victoria and Lauren at the Beaver store were amazing! We came in needing 5 matching leotards for a Special Olympics gymnastics meet with a short turn-around. They worked with us to get beautiful leotards with matching warm-up pants. Lauren greeted us within seconds of our arrival and was super friendly. Victoria was very helpful and knowledgable in helping us with sizing and placing a custom order online. These ladies provided a wonderful experience especially after all our frustration in trying to oder Leos with a different online company with non-existent customer support. I highly recommend this shop.”

“Awesome customer service! I purchased a pair of shoes that once my son started wearing them, they started to squeak after an hour or so. Normally, nobody will take back a pair of worn shoes but the manager was great. We switched them for a new pair. Squeaking shoes are defective. I was very worried we would have to fight about this but it was easy. Thank you again! Nice to see they are again stocking work shoes.”

“Went in today for the first time in a while. Trying to find a pair of comfortable fitting shoes. A very nice younger woman helped me find the best ones. It didn’t look like they had much staff but the service provided was great for how empty the mall is. Very clean store with many low price options to chose from. I will be returning!”

“Delayed flight -so I decided to check out Johnston & Murphy, a favorite for classy, simple to wear, timeless fashions. An excellent employee, Nicky, helped me find some great sweater jackets perfect for work-all at sale prices. The black jacket is reversible so One side is a great business look, one side casual. I also picked up an adorable pair of leather boots in a neutral color which will go with everything. I love that they have a good non-slip bottom as sidewalks and walkways in terminals can be slippery. Definitely a store to visit if you have time to kill at the Pittsburgh Airport!”
