Even after the purchase, the service was great. After taking the truck home, I noticed that the sliding window was not working so I contacted Brett. He arranged for someone to come to my house, leave a loaner, pick up my truck, replace the glass, and then return it. That's much greater service that I would expect at any dealer.

“We needed to find a solution for having 3 automobiles and a 2-car garage. I looked online and found Rotary Lifts and read a lot about their commercial use. Reaching out to the REP, I was referred to Herpels as their dealer / distributor in NEPA. I spoke a number of times with Will Saks about my needs, available room and intended usage. We decided on a smaller model than I was originally thinking. Herpels is FULL service and easy to work with. They delivered the lift, brought their own fork lift, built the lift and adjusted the positioning for ease of use for my two vehicles planned for that area. The installation team helped teach me how to use the lift, and helped to load and unload my vehicles. GREAT service from start to finish. I highly recommend Herpels”

“FLAWLESS. Bryan Rassler is a wizard when it comes to matching paint. He's one of the few out there that actually went to PPG school. He has repaired a couple of our cars that had extremely difficult metallic paint to match. He blends perfectly and you cannot even notice that the vehicle was repaired. He restores a lot of muscle cars and builds race cars as well. B&R is my go-to for all auto body repair and restoration. (more photos coming soon)”

“Well....In New York City, Jersey, or Baltimore it would have cost you at least $500 bucks to get your car released...You should have read the No Parking signs that were posted, or paid $12.00 to park in the county parking lot.. That is public, but you got to spring $12.00 to park there all day, but you chose to not read the posted the signs, so....$300 bucks was a good deal! I bet you are going to say you are from Philly...Cost me $40.00 to park when I go to the EAGLE Games!!! Just saying.”

He is a small garage, however this means he can take the time do the job right the first time and schedule his jobs so everyone get the time needed. Please give him your business, he is totally worth it. Today I had a minor tire issue and he took the time to fix it as a walk in issue.
