“Love this store great store for downtown Scranton. You can the mail and look at the other store. Or just stop in to Auntie's Annie's for a prestal and drink . Then go shopping . The garage for parking is charging now. If you go to the new medical offices or get something from the store, it will stamp your ticket. You can shop online, and have it shipped to you, or you can pick it up there for curbside.”

“My family and I had a great shopping experience at the tractor supply in Hamlin. I was helped by Brydie in shopping for a collar and a new food for my picky puppy. She was exceptionally helpful and polite to my family and I. The Cashier was very kind and helpful as well, even making sure my pup got some treats. I look forward to my next visit and will recommend this location to anyone in need of pet supplies. Thanks for the great experience in a very pet friendly store. “I love shopping in this store because they are very reasonable, especially on seasonal items,. cashiers are very friendly, especially Kim, but I have one complaint about one gentleman, I believe he's in charge of furniture, he's very rude & lazy!! Everyone else is very pleasant...Last year I had purchased a pool and chairs, while I was struggling, he was leaning against the wall smoking his cigarette,after I had everything in the car, he asked me. I guess there's always one bad egg ?Other than that I love Big lots ?”

“Today went to Kohl's Just to pick up a few new summer tops. Well it looking like a christmas shopping day by the time I was checking out..It seemed everyone in the store went at the same time. “I love the clothing from American Eagle and Aerie, the jeans are well made and comfortable with just the right amount of stretch. Love the weight of cotton they use in their sweatshirts and sweatpants.But really what makes their brand stand out is their customer service. I recently returned a top in store in Dickson City PA that I purchased as an online only item. Nathan handled the exchange in store and had my correct size shipped to me. He also brought me a shopping bag as my hands got full as I continued to shop; helped me to find what I needed and pointed out special offers going on. He was amazing, not hovering but definitely available if needed, and I think he should be recognized for how well he does his job. Courteous and outgoing, just made my shopping experience and exchange stress free. Thanks Nathan”

“Had a small issue and it was immediately resolved by Michelle’s amazing customer service and willingness to take the extra step for the stores customers, seriously my saving grace today! She helped clarify miscommunications with what happened over the whole situation and was nothing besides courteous and extremely helpful. I also had a lot of support from Alyssa by making sure everything was ready for me for when I did arrive in the store which helped the process go quicker and gave me a lot of piece of mind seeing everything already there when I got there! Thank you two for your incredible help today and resolving my prior issues and complaints!”
“I always like shopping here. Good deals and brand name items for a lot cheaper than you pay online. You never know what you may find. I believe they offer layaway, especially near Christmas. I've never had a problem with returning an item either...with my receipt. The staff is usually friendly. Multiple cashiers open...which I know has become a problem at some stores. The bathrooms are mostly clean.”
“On road trip from Oxford, Mississippi to Niagara Falls to see the beauty! Needed a bathroom break and few necessities so Walmart you were our choice. Bathroom was clean and store was organized and well stocked! Management as I am family member of a district manager your store would pass his inspection!”

“Had 2 dogs with diarrhea tried everything can n rice, change of food gradually, vet appts nothing helped. Stopped at tractor supply again spoke to a woman named PAT and in two days my dogs were back to normal. I stopped again to thank her, I hope her managers see this she is a keeper.”
