“I purchased my dryer from Dominic’s about two years ago and have been very happy with it. When I recently had an issue, PJ helped me over the phone and was fantastic. He took the time to really listen and understand what was going on instead of immediately scheduling a repair. He offered helpful tips, and I was able to get the right repair done since the issue was not with the dryer itself. I truly appreciated his honest, thoughtful approach and excellent customer service.”
“This place has good and bad points. I like that they show square footage and show your how their items fit into it to get the most out of the space you have. But, by looking at the construction in that most of it is fiberboard with laminate it's not going to last a long time. But for a lot of people starting up this is the way to go. you can't afford $12,,000 bedroom set. Everything seems to be function oriented. They also have a lot of stuff that's just plain fun. For example the item hanger to hang drip dry items over your tub is an eight legged octopus with Clips on its legs. I just want one! There are many clever ideas for the kitchen also. But as in any store buyer beware please check your items well for construction before you leave. And the restaurant is definitely a must stop the food was delicious. The Swedish meatball platter is a must to try. If you've never been in one of these stores before please allow at least 2 hours to get through the whole thing including showrooms,dinner area, and area to buy items.”

“I went here to get a gift for my special lady friend. This place never lets me down. There were a bunch of things i almost bought, but ultimately just bought a sweet kitchen knife.
A cozy shop with consistently high endish stuff with cheaper options available. There are several other spots nearby for gifts if kitchen capers doesnt hit. A win either way.”

“Went in today to pickup a new window A/c unit. A young lady by the name of Adrianna helped me. She was super well spoken, told me exactly the size and strength unit I would need to cool my apartment, and helped me find a cart to move the unit with.
The unit works great, and the store is fine, but my interaction with her is why Im leaving this review. She deserves a raise and a promotion with the great attitude and knowledge she possesses. 11/10 stars. When I come back for other items, I hope shes the store associate to help me!”
“I have been consistently impressed with the customer service at Best Buy in Springfield, PA. The team there is so professional, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Huge shoutout to Sanzidul, who sold me my laptop and continues to be my go-to professional. He goes above and beyond and has turned me into a very loyal customer. He recently helped me figure out a complex issue I was having with my laptop. Sanzidul was so helpful and patient and gave me the reassurance I needed that the issue would be resolved. And it was! Another shoutout to Haris, who came in to assist - he was so incredibly helpful as well! I will be returning to this location for all of my Best Buy needs!”

I’ve been done with these guys for over 30 years it’s just a wonderful experience every time you go into this Company. All the sales reps are very, very knowledgeable. I can go on about my experience there.”
“I found everything I needed and they're very good products but the price has got out of hand everyone's using covid-19 it's Creed corporate greed mismanagement of the stores you can walk the stores see the products that are damaged just by Fork trucks moving stuff around if there were more careful they can increase their profit by diamond ring less and bring the prices down plus the Isles are very very cluttered very bad for business and liability issues in my opinion but I don't mind it just store or stores or I can guarantee you they would be clean all the time and not cluttered we're causing a safety issue”

“Good team good items I went in to rent a temporary laptop while my desktop was being repaired and the process was smooth and simple ... not drawn out like back in the day when you had to pull out your moms social and have a arm length list of references. It went really well. the Team and manager was very patient and thorough went over the terms in detail whole process took about 30 -40 mins from in the door and out”

“Migali is a commercial refrigeration and cooking manufacturer and has been supplying Economy for over 60 years! Over the years we have found that Economy's staff is very knowledgeable about almost any commercial kitchen product you could want...furthermore, they stand by the brands they offer by providing sound advice and exceptional after market service. If you want a polite, pencil pushing salesperson who has limited, superficial knowledge about kitchen products and features, then maybe Economy isn't right for you. But if you want a professional company and knowledgable staff that stand by their products and customers, then Economy is the best choice around!”
