He took the time to understand what I needed for each space and helped me sort through the options in a practical way. The selection was excellent, the quality of the furniture is very high, and the pieces look great and are extremely comfortable.

What I especially appreciated was the personal attention and honest guidance. This is not a big-box furniture experience where you are left to figure things out yourself. Steve knows his products and clearly cares about matching customers with the right furniture.

“I just want to say the most recent comment was taken out of context. I was at the store this exact day. The customer came in looking for a sale table. I did overhear her asking about if a particular item was on sale associate did ask unfortunately she was given incorrect information later on the customer came back to pick up the table and purchase I saw her loop three times around the store to find this particular associate just to tell her that she was wrong. I went to go tell a manager that the same customer from the cash register was harassing one of their employees. But there was one manager that was on it and confronted the customer about her aggressive and abrasive behavior. The employee looked very afraid and I’m glad that management had this young ladies back. The assistant manager was a black young woman 5’3 medium build I think her name was Erica or Erin. But she handled the customer with while advocating for her associate.”
