Thought I'd have to have it delivered, but she explained I could get a boxed one and assemble at home. She then located one in the store, got a machine to help her retrieve it from a very hight spot (which she did totally on her own). She the proceeded to help me get it in my vehicle. “Today was def a different vibe at Home Depot as understandably the store was modified to adjust to Covid19 protocol. Staff seemed friendlier than usual while explaining the reason for a 5 minute per 2 customer wait time to enter the store. Everything was cleaner and neater than usual, and just as busy as ever. It takes me about an hour and a half to find the one thing I was looking for while buying 23 other things I probably won't use for another 6 months, but hey I'm only huuummaaaaann! One thing that I'm glad FINALLY happen is that all the door accessory products like door sweeps were in the actual door section and not down some random aisle. THANK YOU HOME DEPOT! The checkout line moved pretty darn fast which doesn't happen too often!”

“I love the quality of their merchandise it's couple steps up compared to Home Depot cleaner store and the prices are fair the only thing I have a problem with is the lack of knowledge with the employees and The Limited help when you try to find someone to help you he seems to be like that every place I walk in that's why I gave it four star. Was Justin Lowe's Township Line Road first time someone ever blew me off instead of helping me this is not my area what is that supposed to mean? Another thing look at these pictures who's going to buy this drywall that's sitting in the rain at Lowe's I won't”

“If you are someone like me, you are constantly doing little diy projects around your house and don't need tons of materials. Sometimes the Lowe's and Home Depot's can get extremely overwhelming and often times hard to find help from an employee. I have recently stopped going to Lowe's in Havertown and solely go to DMI on haverford rd! They have anything I could possibly need for the projects around my house. Lumber, paint, hardware, screws and nails, tools, gardening supplies, rental equipment for those larger projects, you name it! They also do chair and table rentals if you are throwing a party and need some extras! It really does feel like a family when you walk in there. There are numerous employees walking around, constantly asking how they can assist and make your experience at DMI better than it already is. From large to small, DMI has all that you could possibly need at a great price. Give it a try next time, I'm sure you will be back!”
