About two months ago, my Dyson Airwrap completely stopped working after only 8 months of use. I spent hours on the phone with Dyson Customer Service, only to be told they could do nothing because I no longer had the serial number, even though I had my receipt and proof of purchase!!! For such an expensive product, the serial number should be permanently engraved on the machine, not placed on disposable stickers or paperwork that can easily be lost.
I came into the service center feeling completely defeated, and Karen turned the entire experience around. She was incredibly kind, patient, helpful, and genuinely cared about finding a solution. After getting nowhere with customer service, she was the first person who actually took the time to help me.
Karen is amazing and deserves recognition for going above and beyond. Dyson is incredibly lucky to have an employee like her.”
“My wife was doing laundry on a Saturday morning and the washing machine stopped working. After some diagnostics, I found that I needed a washer belt. Sure, Amazon had it, but she'd have to wait. Yeah, you know how that goes. All Brand had the belt in stock and I was able to fix the washing machine quickly. Happy wife, happy life. Thanks All Brand!”
“The washer I brought was a good price. The two problems I had was when I purchased the washer she give my the wrong width of the washer so it made the process longer to ready the delivery due to inaccurate information. Also I never received the call in the morning of my delivery with my two hours window for my delivery which was stated at the time of purchased.”
“I went here to get a gift for my special lady friend. This place never lets me down. There were a bunch of things i almost bought, but ultimately just bought a sweet kitchen knife.
A cozy shop with consistently high endish stuff with cheaper options available. There are several other spots nearby for gifts if kitchen capers doesnt hit. A win either way.”

They were shipped quickly, inexpensive, and work perfectly. Easy to apply to the edges of the range hood, and unobtrusive. Yes, I needed only two, but now I have 73 spares if these wear out!”

“I found everything I needed and they're very good products but the price has got out of hand everyone's using covid-19 it's Creed corporate greed mismanagement of the stores you can walk the stores see the products that are damaged just by Fork trucks moving stuff around if there were more careful they can increase their profit by diamond ring less and bring the prices down plus the Isles are very very cluttered very bad for business and liability issues in my opinion but I don't mind it just store or stores or I can guarantee you they would be clean all the time and not cluttered we're causing a safety issue”

“I made an appointment at Best Buy to check on the camera I purchased back in November. I have been having small issues, but because I purchased protection services, I thought I would bring it in. I was greeted by Meron, who was friendly and made sure I was all checked in and that someone who understands cameras came to meet with me. Unfortunately, I had to send my camera away to be fixed, but I was not ready for that, so Meron gave me his card to reach out when I would be able to continue with the service. They really helped me out with a touch paint match that the Upper Darby Branch botched and seemed unable to assist me with. Shout out to Kalya(?) in the paint section.”
