“Good evening Google Family. I visited to check my lottery tickets to see if I was a winner. When I visited the Penn Cinema in Wilmington at the Riverfront, I went to a Shop Rite to check on my tickets. The Shop Rite associate said that I had to check them in Pennsylvania since I bought them in Pennsylvania. I knew that and I just forgot, lol. I had a senior moment. Have a good night, workout, be active and mobile, fit and fabulous especially for people over the age of 50 years. I did not purchase anything here today.”

“I love 7-11 and their food and slurpees although last time i came they were out of nachos but that could just be because everyone loves the nachos including me so good on you 7-11 your food and snacks and drinks are amazing but i wish you had a normal chicken sandwich without the honey its spicy and doesnt taste good and my tongue is very sensitive to spicy things i wish it wasnt these are just my thought i love 7-11 and hope to hear from you back”

I never leave generic or false reviews I try and be fair and accurate but this is my spot here and reading some of these reviews I have to wonder how many are fabricated to serve a personal vendetta because I work and live close by so I'm in this store at the very least 3 times a day. I've seen and heard it all and have come to realize once people are given a platform where they can say what they want to say about someone without that person being able to defend themselves or respond directly they take full advantage of that. The customer isn't always right and food service workers get alot of unwarranted abuse everyday.. I've heard first hand customers give employees a hard time for no reason for something out of their control like being carded for cigarettes or alcohol when they are obviously old enough and the employee politely explain that the ID has to be scanned into the system to complete the sale and its punishable by them losing their job and the customer said don't worry I'll leave a bad review..I know everyone at this location and every one is a totally different personality but not one of them ever has an attitude. I've never seen anyone disrespected . I eat, get gas there and probably spend a quarter of my paycheck there every week. I never been treated badly by any of the employees, I've never had poor service, the food is always great and I've never waited a unacceptable amount of time for my food. The store manager Claudia goes out of her way to say hello to everyone that walks in the store. She works on every shift filling in she never puts herself above any of her employees..Jimmy,Brandon,Tony,Jovin,Mia Jamie,always greet and interact with customers professionally even when they aren't treated the same. And the main reason i go there so often the Queen of the kitchen..Kalita cooks the best chicken by far that I've ever eaten. Royal Farms chicken is good but Kalitas chicken gets you addicted.. Don't judge this store on reviews left by miserable people or people passing through.. It takes thick skin to work in food service Ill put Aston Royal Farms up against any other location out there..People have to realize the area a store is located has alot to do with how things are handled. At some locations your food can be made as soon as you enter your order some places not until its paid for obvious reasons. I blame customers for their bad experience the majority of the time. If you want a polite employee it's simple.. be a polite customer, want a spotless store.. stop dumping all your trash in your car right out your door in the parking lot when there are 4 trash cans 5 feet away.. lift the toilet seat before you use it..You want your food ready as soon as your ready to leave, stop ordering your food then walking around the store talking on your phone for 10 minutes then look at stuff for another 5 min. then get in line and pay and walk over to the food counter and be disrespectful because it's been 20 minutes nobody is in the store and your food isn't ready. Order then pay then talk on your phone.. The store is cleaned at the beginning and end of every shift. If it wasn't clean I would never eat a thing there. If you think the place is dirty all you have to do is tell an employee I guarantee they don't know that someone trashed the bathroom or it would be fixed right away. I'm not saying every bad review is unfounded but most that I read Ive never experienced there and I'm there most likely more times a day than any other customer and never witnessed anything but professionalism with the staff..they will correct or do their best to correct issues.. Stop complaining and leaving bad reviews about things you never made anyone aware of were a problem. There's a short novel of my opinion but what do I know??”

“i came in the other day and had a super hard time finding the product i needed and after having a really hard day i was just so flustered and the manager on duty (katie) was so kind and helpful she came up to me and asked if i needed help found the exact thing i was looking for super fast and helped me with the self checkout. i dont come to this location often but i definitely will be now after how amazing she was. i think everyone in the customer service industry should strive to be more like katie she was kind considerate and patient with me which i couldnt appreciate more”

“Ameens Customer service is unmatched! He was so helpful and had the sweetest moment with an elderly lady where he handled her like a pro. Everyone in line walked out smiling! Give that man a raise!”
