“I was in a very tough situation this past week having to move my mom into an assisted-living. Every time we took one step forward, we took two steps backwards with different communities on Friday evening I needed to purchase a small dinette set for her new living quarters Ray Moore Flanagan was the only store that had what we were looking for the sales person manager that evening, and the Springfield store could not have been more than accommodating. They realize that we needed something quickly and they were very helpful to provide us with the table exactly what we were looking for, and we were able to take it home that night. They were kind enough to dismantle it, and Help loaded into The car at 8:30pm that evening . All 30 minutes before closing. I want to give a massive shout-out to the delivery driver Juan and his son who handled my furniture delivery tonight. Even though I was their last stop of a very long day and they didn't arrive until 7:30 PM, their professionalism and energy were top-notch.
While I have had significant issues with the store’s communication and the quality of the items sent, this specific delivery team went above and beyond. They were incredibly supportive, quick, and professional. They even took the time to fix several errors made by the previous delivery crew who had delivered the wrong items on Monday.
It is rare to find people who still take pride in their work at the end of a long shift, especially when they are cleaning up someone else's mistakes. They made a very stressful situation much more bearable. Furniture Mecca is lucky to have this duo on their team—they deserve all the credit for getting the job done right!”

“For deliveries they receive from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 4:00 pm, it is relatively easy to get on the ramp but you have to reverse from the corner, the difficult thing is to get to this place since the streets are very narrow and always full of parked cars the easiest route for trucks is to take exit 8 of 95 north and turn right on Chester Pike then turn left on Clifton Ave and right again on Pusey Ave and finally on the Roberta Ave turn to the left and reverse towards the warehouse, I hope it helps you so that you don't struggle like I did, otherwise the service is good although the unloading is a little slow because it is done by hand, and finally I I arrived at night and was able to spend the night here without a problem. I changed the rating just because they are very kind ?”
