“This Hilton property is phenomenal! Immediately upon entry, we were welcomed, and greeted. Was very thankful for my Hilton Status, and of course offered warm fresh cookies. Was asked numerous times if there was anything additional they could’ve done for me. Mrs Kay at the from desk let her true hospitality show! The room wasn’t as updated and tech savvy as I had expected, but the waitstaff and management running the restaurant was super courteous and also went above and beyond. Zero issues and would recommend this property anytime!! Thank you”

“A friend and I had a girls overnight at this hotel. It was an excellent experience. The staff was warm and welcoming and went out of their way to provide the best service. The menu was varied and interesting, and the meals were five star. Our server/bartender, named Greg, was outstanding. He made sure our questions were answered and that we had everything served the exact way we wanted. He also made excellent drinks: great Cosmo at lunch, espresso martini at dinner. Fine service, along with attractive, clean accommodations and excellent food. We are definitely coming back here!”

“My boy friend moved into Blue Bell Villas in September, and unfortunately, on the second day, the unit experienced water damage because a neighbor forgot to turn off their water. While accidents can happen, we were truly impressed by the professionalism of the management team.

When my boy friend requested to switch units, the management team Jasmine and Ashley were proactive and highly supportive. Their responses were incredibly swift, as they always are. Additionally, the maintenance team reacted promptly and resolved the issue quickly.

we absolutely love the community atmosphere here. Whenever we have any questions or concerns, the management team is always quick to respond and assist.”

“We used this hotel for our rehearsal dinner, after party, and hotel block and had a great experience.

After touring a few hotels we decided to choose this one because of the warm welcome we received! The staff answered each of our questions and when our event came, it lived up to every expectation we had.

The rooms were clean, the members of staff were kind to our guests, and the front desk answered so many questions at all times of the night and truly made our stay memorable.

With our events at the hotel, the staff helped us set up and clean up AND store everything we asked until we left.

We will absolutely frequent this hotel in the future!

“Business lunch, the room was beautiful and the food and service great. The view is spectacular!

I am giving four stars because it is very difficult to get from the parking lot to the main door if you do not get dropped off. There are so many steps and if you have any difficulty walking, it is very very challenging. It also happened to be incredibly windy that day, and it was not pleasant. Get dropped off if you can at the door.”

“What a jewel! This was our first, though certainly not our last visit to this property. We were there for a family celebration, and everything came off without a hitch.
The grounds are beautiful and exceptionally well-kept. It was a great to sit on my balcony in the morning, listening to birds and watch deer walk slowly by.”

“Okay hotel, good location, poor quality heating.

On arrival the staff were very friendly and gave me a lot of helpful advice. As an IHG Diamond member I was upgraded to a suite, which I really appreciated, and overall the suite was very decent. It had two big-screen TVs and a small kitchenette area, although there were no appliances other than a microwave and a coffee machine (no kettle). The bathroom had a shower but no bath.

I also stopped by the bar for a glass of wine, which was fine, and the staff there were very kind as well. The hotel has a small gym, business facilities, and a very good location right next to King of Prussia Mall (the fourth largest mall in America), which was a big plus for me.

Unfortunately, during the night I noticed the heating wasn’t working properly. Instead of switching on and off to keep the room at a steady temperature, it kept alternating between cold and hot air and it was quite noisy. I ended up turning it off, but then the room got pretty cold and I didn’t sleep that well. It was basically a choice between a cold room or a noisy room. Since it was the middle of the night, it didn’t feel like the right time to complain or ask to change rooms, so I just put up with it. I’ve noticed a lot of hotels in America seem to have similar heating systems.

Breakfast was open slightly late, which was fine, and the food was okay, although a couple of staff members were talking quite loudly to each other which felt a bit odd in the morning. Checkout was very smooth.

Overall, an okay stay with a great location, but the heating really let it down.”

“I always stay here when visiting Philadelphia. Only sad thing was the heater in the pool has been broken my last 2 visits. But attest they have a hot tub. If the heater was fixed it would be 5 stars”

“A little out of the way if you are trying to explore the city, but other than that it's a great hotel, my room was clean and comfortable.

The young man taking care of the breakfast every morning was very attentive and actually smiled which is so rare in service now. As a waitress turned c level in tech, I hope he knows, always showing up in every job, wherever you start, will carry you so far in life.

Also huge plus for the providing free pads and tampons in the bathroom, whoever is the manager in charge, that's truly appreciated.”

“Big shout out to “Jackie”! The woman at the front desks who actually took the time for customer service unlike the man who checked us in on 2/18/24 @ 3:49 pm. Didn’t get his name. We handed him our REV-1220 form for PA tax exemption he didn’t even read it and said we don’t exempt you for sales tax! We explained it was a federal form for Occupancy tax whereupon he waved it around and handed it back and said we don’t do that. We approached Jackie the next day with the form, who read it and said let me see what I can do. Simple. We checked out and were exempt from Occupancy tax just like that. Thank you Jackie for taking the time! We were on the garden floor, it was quiet and clean. Thanks to Jackie we’ll come back again! That’s who the 5 stars are for.”

“We recently stayed here for a wedding weekend. We originally booked a king suite and were then upgraded to a two bedroom suite. The rooms were clean and nice. The complimentary breakfast was ok, really glad to see oat milk! I think breakfast could use more fresh fruit.”

“Went for a karate event. Nice rooms, they charged a lot of breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Bar was nice to relax at after events. The sad thing about the event was that we are martial artists and are bearfooted, and they never cleaned the carpets before we came it was gross. The could of vacuumed.”

I was surprised that there was no included breakfast, I guess that was on me for not looking to see if that was included.”

“Good sized rooms and full kitchens. I can put the kids in the other room after bedtime and have enough space to work or watch TV without waking them. I love the pool being right off the gym so after I work out I can jump in. Big fan of the contactless check in. Better prices than anyone in the area plus there's a Wegmans right across the street!”

“I was at the Exton extended stay until it recently sold. I moved to this location after being referred here by Megan.She is so helpful and awesome. She will make you feel right at home and so comfortable. She made sure I had every accommodation I needed to make stay here amazing! I have a comfortable bed a flat screen tv and extremely clean room! I am very happy I followed her advice and came to this location. There also others who were referred by her and are enjoying their stay also!”

“Had a lot of my guest staying there for my wedding day which was hosted on a venue near by. I didnt had issues with the shower handle but some of my guests were unhappy, and also the room smell, kinda disappointed to referred my guests when they were not enjoying their stay. My room was fine. I probably had the lucky room. Front desk service was good and the breakfast area.”

“Yesle the receptionist is a great coustmer service here and Britney is the other shift coustmer service and as great as yesle.
I was not sure that yesle was trying to help and I almost got to report her way talking to me after asking her 2 times to get me another key to my room and was very patient and thank the lord I did.
It was the battery of the door ?.
In the 2 weeks I was staying at the motel she was absolutely ? on top of her game and she was very professional.

On the other hand the 10 pm -6 am receptionist DELLIE is 10 out of 10 for helping me fixing the reservation for missing it up ?,was my first time I booked on line with a third party and Dellie came to the rescue ?.”
