“We have adopted our two fur babies from Treetops! The volunteers running this organization are the absolute best! They are giving these cats a second chance at finding their perfect home. The cafe is well run, clean and welcoming!”
“Good selection of cat products, I was able to find everything except a specific type of cat harness (it was out of stock). Employees were knowledgeable and friendly.”
“Brandy loves coming here and my dog has been healthier and met some of his best friends here through their events! I would recommend this place to anyone who has a dog or cat.”
“Always a good experience here, they're super helpful and able to get a very hard to find food that I use for my dog with a cancer diagnosis. They're also always willing to help try to find things that accommodate my other dog's allergies and similar.”
“Good sturdy furniture for my cats. They prefer carpet to destroy LOL! The crew at Cozy Cat were accomodating, good at respoinding quickly to my questions, and great follow-up with questions. Cant say enough. Well pleased and so are my cats.”
“Needed a new riding mower and Louis couldn't have been more helpful. Ended up grabbing a Badboy Magnum 54 and I couldn't be happier.
Highly recommend this store with it's wonderful staff!!!”
“Visited for the first time during the midnight madness sale and it was midday, so quite a few items were already sold out. The location had very mixed labeling and pricing and disorganization. It was very hard to understand what items cost to be able to be within my budget. The service was really friendly and knowledgeable about products and inventory and even kindly offering to double check stock and even offered to call another store to see if the products I was interested were in stock. The store is laid out well, for being small, but the organization element would make shopping so much easier to have the price labels on the shelves match up with the inventory.
The store has A LOT of classic and even unique dog and cat toys, and some exotic pet toys too. A large selection of supplements, some of the same types but different brands at different price points, which works great for different budgets. Collars and leashes had an awesome variety, too. A lot of well known named brand kibbles and dry food, freeze dried, freeze fresh premade raw, and wet food too. I much prefer to support a local business and I was able to get what I needed rather than going to Amazon, Chewy, or one of the big box stores.”
“I really loved the service. Samantha was my dog’s grommer. She took real nice care of my baby. She took enough time and made sure everything was done appropriately. I love love love it. Look at how coco transformed from shabby to AI dog?”
“I frequent this place every month to get food for our little guy. The staff is super friendly and always ask if I need any help. They carry a wide variety of dog food and treats. They also organize pop up photos for free some times. I got cute pictures of my dog from concord pet.”
“I believe the manager Brandon that was let go was a good access to that store and I don't believe that it is the same without him there he was very helpful and very pleasant to speak to”
“Went there not to busy. Lots of parking. Went after free prime100 lamb/ pumpkin. Quick easy with coupon from Google web ads. In there out of there no problem. Early morning not much business yet. And was right at front door refrigerator. Something new for my puppy dogs all 7. Thanksgiving dinner and date on item even that close. So was worth the trip even though not on my regular route. Just happened that Giant was across rt1 from it. So got me Giant food and puppy dogs theirs. Was well worth any and all time used to get free stuff.”
