“I can’t recommend this place any more for your Mac issues. I have a mid-2012 MacBook that had a dead battery. When I called Apple, I was told that I had an obsolete item and none of the genius people could repair it. I came here and had my battery replaced, screen replaced, and a new battery for $237. I’m certain this would have been more anywhere else. Extra bonus points that my Mac was ready the same day!! I’m grateful for this place and will definitely be back for all future Mac issues.”

He got my old desktop up and running and suggested a new solid state drive to replace my old slow ancient hard drive. Charlie was AWESOME! He corrected my wiring mistakes and installed Windows 11 for me. My PC is running like a gold medalist, and I would definitely recommend them. I will be using them again and the price was more than reasonable compared to other places. Actually, it's almost $200 less than a microcenter. Charlie does great work, I can not stress that enough”

With pushy salespeople, issues with transferring phones, I kept putting off getting a new phone until I absolutely had to. My phone was acting up so I decided it was time to get a new one. I went to Best Buy on Columbus blvd Wednesday March 4 and could not be happier with the customer service and care I received. I feel bad because the two guys that helped me, I didn't get their names, but I hope the manager reading this knows who was working that shift. One of the guys was training, he was super friendly and personable. The other guy, his name may be Nathan, made the process so easy. He walked me through options on which phone made sense for me, was patient with questions I had, and helped me set up the phone. Everything was seamless. I would definitely go back to this Best Buy and recommend to anyone else. Thanks for the great service!”
