I purchase multiple items and yet never had an issue returning anything on the 90 day policy.
Their computers are updated for easy transactions and purchases are connected to the rewards program by your phone number for easy access and look-up.
Recently, I signed up for the yearly subscription that entitles the consumer more discounts and greater sales promotion. Awesome.
Also, when an item is returned, their computer system credits my credit card immediately not like other merchants where the credit shows up days later.

“This is the second time that I have used Blue Ridge for a job at my home. The first was replacing a slider off of my family room two years ago. And yesterday, I had my front entry and storm door replaced. Jeff Knecht was exceptional and professional measuring and getting us through the process each time. We had two different installers for each project. Each time, the installers were efficient, attentive to detail, and cleaned up the job site when finished. Especially Ron yesterday with our front door. Start to finish, he didn't stop working, other than to answer any questions we had. Great Job guys!!

“Ritter has friendly service with a smile. This old-time lumberyard takes me back to being a kid and going to the local yard with my, grandfather or uncle. They great you with a smile. If your are a repeat customer, you are also greeted by name. Experience is the key. Ritter lumber has seen it all. If I am fixing a more modern built home, they know the answers. Even when I have worked on properties built in the 1800's the knowledge and know-how is there to match styles as well as techniques used in building in that time period. Even if I have to spend a few extra dimes to get the job done, it is always worth the extra. “Called ahead of time for specific item, to make sure he had it. Also gave him the model number. Said he had it and would save it for me. When i got there, he had it upfront already. Paid the man and went on my way. When i got home, found out he gave me the wrong item. Had to drive back a 5 miles to exchange it for the correct item which they did. My mistake was trusting the salesman and not checking the item myself. Apparently he needs to educate himself on his products.so customers don't have to go back and return wrong items.
Wasted time and gas money.”
