“I recently went to the Cole Hahn Outlet at the Premium Outlet aka The Crossings. I had a wonderful young man who helped me, his name is Justin Waters. At a time in our lives when customer service is at an all time low, this salesman Justin swung my opinion around. He was beyond helpful, he was resourceful and smart, kind and made me feel like I was in the hands of a true professional. Justin deserves recognition and a raise. I left that store with 3 pairs of shoes and two pair of boots. He is the best!!!”

“This is coming from my husbands g mail but it is from Sue Walker. The Appletree is a favorite shop for me and my friends. We take a 2 hour drive to get to the store and it is worth the drive. The owner and sales people are wonderful. They are helpful without being pushy. They have great ideas and help make the experience perfect. The store carries a large range of clothing for all sizes and ages.We love this store. Shopping should be fun and the Appletree makes that happen”

There can be more discounts in addition to the store sales so it is way better than shopping online. There is something here for everyone, my 22 year old son, my husband, and me all got great deals. “Honestly all the workers were super nice and they helped us out so much, there was this one girl I didn’t see her name but she had like really pretty curly hair it was like blond at the bottom and brown at the top she was really sweet ( this was Jan 6 around 2pm)”

“Some staff are helpful some are not. FYI, this is the only store I shop at that does not honor the Simon's VIP discount offer. Other stores offer it on whole purchase. like 10% off and $$ off regardless of items. I was surprised some of the staff can even remember which model and size was discontinued when.”
“Went to the Tannersville PA outlets recently. One of sales associates, Deneita , helped me find the size and the color I wanted in Converse. They didn't have them in stock but she found & ordered them from another location and had them shipped to my home, which I received w/o any issues. The associates are friendly and helpful at this location, and I will happily drive into PA to shop at this store. Thankyou!”

“My big shoe size is hard to find. Helpful knowledgeable sales rep Rob suggested a pair for my needs and was able to order them from their online warehouse and have them shipped to my home. He also was able to take a credit card payment right there so I could avoid the long line.
We were there on a sunny Sunday and it was very busy and crowded, but all the sales staff were friendly and helpful! We appreciate that; many of the stores in this outlet mall do not have the quality of staff that Nike does.”
“I just want to say I love everyone so much at the coach outlet in Tannersville! They are the nicest girls ever! They always go above and beyond to help me find what I need and to make sure I walk out of that store with a smile on my face :) it is more than just getting a bag or an item the experience is always a 10/10!”

“The Under Armour store at the Pocono Premium Outlets is one of the best stores in the whole outlet. It’s big clean and really easy to shop in. Everything is laid out by section and size so you’re not digging through random racks trying to find what you need.
They had a huge selection of activewear for men women and kids. Tons of options for workout clothes hoodies joggers shoes and accessories. The prices were great too with a lot of items on sale and even more savings on clearance racks. I was able to grab a few things I actually needed without spending a ton.
One thing I really appreciated was how well-stocked the store was. No empty shelves or missing sizes. It felt like they were ready for crowds and kept things organized even when it started to get busy.
The staff was friendly and available if you had a question but also gave you space to shop. Checkout was fast and easy and everything just ran smoothly from start to finish.
If you’re looking for high quality gear at outlet prices this Under Armour store is definitely worth the visit. I’ll be coming back for sure.”
