They took the time to get to know me and send me my receipts by email which helps me to keep track of them better - no paper to lose. Someone is always there during their hours - this was a problem at the grocery store I was using. I love the one stop drop off location - I can drop off all my - USPS, FedEx and UPS - at one convenient location. No more running around town to different locations. “I was in town for a memoral service for my cousin, and I needed 2 photos reproduced to a larger size. The woman at the copy center was very gracious even though she was by herself and had other order's before mine, she accomadated me immediately. She was so sweet and professiona to everyone who came to her counter.
She even went the extra mile and made some adjustments to one of the photos...made it look better then the original, it was amazing. Her customer service was top notch. I live in MD and the customer service here, I hate to say it, but I would not have gotten that kind of customer service at home. Kuddos to her. I think her name was Tina. “Christine from M.S. Techz did a great job in helping me come up with shirts and koozies for our golf outing. She made sure the whole process from the beginning went as smooth as possible. She was constantly in touch with me to keep things moving and make sure I was getting what I wanted.
I made up a logo on an AI app and Christine gave it to their tech team to clean up and use. The whole process was done quickly, the finished product and quality of materials were excellent and cost was very reasonable. I will definitely use Christine and the M.S. Techz team for future personal and business endeavors. Highly recommend them.”
