We did go to moove in storage previously who said they were open between eight and 12 we showed up at 11 and there was no one there when we called their self service, they were not able to reach the property manager, waste of my time and gas”

We opted for the pack service (which was a great choice for us) and the team did an excellent job of carefully securing our belongings, and then re-assembling our furniture upon delivery. “I went to the office in Pottstown last Saturday morning to get a storage unit for the first time. The office was closed, but she was working remotely. Lauri literally walked me through all of my options over the phone and let me open up the storage units until we found the perfect choice for me. Lauri took the time to help me and was so caring and kind. She set me up for move-in that night and explained everything in great detail. Lauri is so sweet and she gets the job done. “Okay here's my honest review. The facility and stone lot are both fine. I have a private garage nearby so it's extremely convenient for me. The pricing is excellent. The staff is good. I couldn't find my unit the first time and called Melissa from the office after hours. She promptly responded and gave me the option of a different unit instead of the assigned one. I looked at both and chose the original unit. The units are air tight for storage only. Nothing wet should be stored inside. So don't complain if moisture forms inside because you something wet inside. The double handle latch doors are a little tricky to shut if it's your first time but not hard. Use your foot if you need to lol.”
