“Rooms are on the small size . I had to by cleaning products and clean the whole room the top of nights stands were clean but the other two under it weren't touched dirty as could be the air had a smell common out of it I history clean the filters and vent in front half inch dirt was on filters. The floor was dirty the edges and corners were never touched as for the walls ther have dirty foot prints on wall next to bed till I cleaned them off. Every single piece of trim along the table the bathroom walls looked like it was never cleaned at all ever around the sink . House keeping once a week explains the dirt hallways smell have to hold your nose in stairwell lot of police activity 4 times during a 1 week stay couldn't have grandkids visit not a place for kids alot of drug( Marijuana) use and beer drinking. Could be worse cigarette butt everywhere no one cleans up outside hall rugs have visible dirt plus the rugs are very old they are bumpy great free laundry”

“I am not much of a traveller so to speak. I found myself booked in a scenario where I needed to be in the Philadelphia/Bucks county area for a few days with little notice. I booked through a third party site and rolled the dice on this hotel based on a wonderful price. I’m always a bit leery about going for the lowest Price establishment as possible. Especially when it comes to hotels. Add on to that, that I had quite a bit of gear with me (guitars amps pedals, etc.) I was not sure I’m either the right choice. Any concerns to regard immediately assuaged When I arrived. The gentleman at the front desk was kind as can be, got checked in quickly and. answered all my questions about trying to get food in the area with late night check-in. We went over what establishments were open 24 hours because I was looking for a small tool to do some guitar adjustments. Surrounding surviving on springwater and potato chips from the gas station, I was able to have a decent meal at his recommendation. Because I brought a lot of gear into the establishment, it was multiple trips to get it out. The morning shift check out was super helpful made sure I had whatever carts that I needed, that my key, still worked in case it ran a bit over the checkout time and were just generally overall friendly human beings. I know that it sounds like a small act of kindness, but it’s not something that you see every day. The staff was more than fantastic, and being A tall gentleman with a beard who is prone you humidity, the rooms were incredibly air conditioned and kept. I cannot say anything even close to unpleasant occurred during my stay. It’s was very quick overnight stay, but the interaction with the staff, the location of the hotel and overall comfort of the room made, feel at ease and allowed me to get some rest on a very busy week that will be filled with travel, work and humid weather.”

“I would like to give a big shout out to the Sleep Inn in Bensalem, PA. The location is great, rates reasonable, and the beds super comfy. What really sets this hotel apart, though, is the people. Everyone -- the front desk staff, housekeepers, managers and more -- are all very accommodating (no pun intended) and try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Highly recommended!”

“Overall good experience. I don't know what folks with these nasty reviews were expecting. It's 80$ a night... you get what you pay for. It was clean. Had a fridge and microwave. They actually listened when I told them I didn't need it want a housekeeping”

“The people were very accommodating about my wheelchair which is very important to me room was tidy. Our house keeper was very kind and got us anything we asked for. Nice place for a reasonable price
