“We recently rented a unit at this Public Storage location and had a wonderful experience thanks to Oxana. She reached out to us after we placed a hold on a unit we were interested in.
When we met her in person, she answered every question we had with patience, plenty of detail, and real examples. She made the whole process feel comfortable and transparent instead of rushed or transactional.
We have interacted with managers at other Public Storage locations before, and I can honestly say that Oxana stands out. She runs this location in a way that makes you feel heard and genuinely cared for, not just like another invisible customer in line. Because of her, we would absolutely consider moving our belongings from another location to this one in the future.

“Handled by Fred, very personable and great to work with. Ultimately there was an issue wth the unit I selected for my vehicle storage, it was a few inches short or the car a few inches too long, so I couldn't use the units that were available at this location. But Fred contacted their nearby location and got me squared away with Antonio there and every thing turned out just right. A little sad I wasn't able to have a spot at this location since it is really convenient for me, but the other one isn't far away and they both have great access.”

“Eve was absolutely phenomenal and she was phenomenal authentically. We went in to get our unit and lock and let her know that the unit we selected smelled of moth balls. I’m pregnant and I cannot handle the idea of things we love potentially smelling like that forever. Without hesitation, Eve helped us into a new unit and made sure we were aware of all the things to come with our contract. She was so lovely and I’m thankful our experience today was so positive!! 10/10 for Eve!”

And tell them they have been here for me and my family for almost 10 yrs. Karen made us feel like family and the new people that are brought on now are also amazing people to work with. If you communicate with them they will get back to you fast and quick. They do care for you even if you have trouble on making your payment on time. I use them for my daughter in college as well you can connect the accounts. Extra space makes everything easy with no extra hassle. I appreciate this company so come join the family whether its a short time or long time. Extra space has all sizes to accommodate your storage and you can upgrade or downgrade at anytime needed. If I keep writing they will be no room but that's what happens when you established a relationship with them. Thanks again Karen and happy retirement you deserve. You will be miss. “It's more expensive than other storage places, in part because of the visible location right off 130. I'm happy with it because it's walking distance from me, which is convenient. The person who works in the office is very nice. I like him a lot better than the lady who preceded him. But the person who works there can change.
I love the 24 hour access option and the rooms are spacious, so overall, I'm happy renting there.”
