I called to make an appointment to get my new kittens nails cut. There was a lady that had open spots within a day or 2 of when I called. They schedule cats near the end of the day so the dogs are done and the cats came be taken in. She came out to the car took 1 cat in at a time and they were both done within 15 minutes. Very quick efficient friendly polite and great to deal with. Beyond a reasonable price. I'd highly recommend them to anyone that has cats. I will 100% return there to have my cats taken care of. ????

4845 Library Road, Bethel ParkI hope they are around forever because I don’t want to take my dog anywhere else ever again. I have a standard poodle and have been struggling to find a good groomer. I’ve been to several in the area and have gotten ridiculously expensive grooming bills for sub par grooming and bad experiences. I was referred to Pam’s by our former groomer who sold her shop and I am so happy with the results. The communication from Pam’s, the grooming job, and the pricing are all excellent.

While I think all of the veterinarians that have seen my dogs for various things have been wonderful, Dr. Chick is amazing. She goes above and beyond to help your pet, whatever the problem. She really cares and it shows.

Scoot has intestinal issues that we have been dealing with since we adopted him countless foods, medicine and trips to several vets. Dr. Trails is the only one who did research on his history and found he is allergic to chicken. Since then her food recomendation if a different protein and a good priobotic he is finally eating and getting healthier each day. Dr. Trails and Christian were very kind and compassionate with Scoot and listen to my husband and I about our concerns. We are greatful for their care. The entire staff is great

1060 Clifton Road, Bethel ParkI went in for our usual annual exam to find out my abusive ex had abandoned our dog there so he didn't have to pay and id be left with no way of paying because he cut off all the funds, then set up the appointments of course.
These women were so kind and I didn't feel embarrassed for anyone but him. He kept the cat that's still in my care. We were in and out and they handled it with so much care and empathy. And the dog was great as usual.

The egg roll crunchy on the outside and fluff on the inside. I would highly recommend Rice Inn. I'm most definitely coming back. 10/10
