There are SO MANY options to choose from, they're very conscious about allergens, and the food and coffee taste so amazing, it's unreal. Gluten free and not cardboard ? What more can a girl dream about. I rave about this place to anyone looking for a neat little spot. Stop in, you won't regret it whether you're a gluten eater or not.

Thai Tamarind Noodle & Rice
513 Lincoln Avenue, BellevueI’m Thai and stopped by this restaurant about two weeks ago while I was passing through the area on my way to Canada. I was getting hungry during the drive and decided to give this place a try.
I didn’t mention that I was Thai when I first came in. Whenever I visit a Thai restaurant, I usually like to experience everything as a regular customer first without telling anyone where I’m from. 😊
I’m so glad I stopped here because the food was delicious! The “papaya salad” especially tasted so authentic! it honestly reminded me of eating it back home in Thailand. 🇹🇭
The young lady who welcomed me was very sweet, polite, and pleasant. I could hear the staff chatting and laughing together, and it was actually nice to see them enjoying their work. I never heard them say anything inappropriate or negative about any customers, and the whole atmosphere felt warm and comfortable.
At the end, I finally told them that I was Thai. Overall, I was not disappointed at all and was very happy that I decided to stop here before continuing my trip. If I ever find myself in the area again, I will definitely stop by again!
