382 Carol Ave, BridgevilleI have a Grooming Salon in NYC (compete in grooming competitions AND AKC dog confirmation with my standard poodle) and am visiting my sister for a long weekend- Blanche got filthy playing in the yard. I have NEVER brought her anywhere but my own salon.. but I read about Precious Paws Pet Salon and said let me give them a try- l was NOT disappointed. Gavin does great work, my poodle is clean, knott free, white and fluffy as could be. He was amazing with her and I can’t thank them enough. If I lived out here I would recommend them to everyone!

He looks very handsome and clean.I let them know he hasn't been groomed before and I was unsure how he'd react to having his nails trimmed (he hates when I do it!!).They let me know they didn't need to muzzle him they just talked to & reassured him which I thought was really sweet!!Very professional, prompt scheduling and service and extremely reasonable price. Would recommend.

Recon Brewing at Hastings
1401 Hastings Cres, BridgevilleWe tried the Braverwee and PepperJack’s beers—both were just okay, not great, and honestly not good enough to order a second round. The pours also felt a bit light.
Food was mostly a hit. The hush puppy app was the highlight—really good flavor in spots, but inconsistent with some pieces overcooked. The PGH and Classic smash burgers were well done and tasted solid, but for the price they feel a bit small-should be doubled up. Fries were pretty bland and under-seasoned.
Service was excellent and the space is cute and comfortable for the neighborhood.
Overall, it felt like a fast-casual spot with a tap, not sure if that would be a compliment.
