“Since 2020, after having relocated to the South Hills, I have bought my last 5 pairs of running shoes at Fleet Feet. The folks who work at the store are knowledgeable about shoe/clothing brands and fit, and management of the check-out counter is fast and efficient. I am close to 80 and have never experienced any ageism, which exists at other stores that sell sports merchandise.”

“I'm from out of town (Baltimore, MD) Don't set fire to my post...Lol..I needed slacks as soon as I got back home and wouldn't have time to not only shop but get them hemmed and tailored. Wallie took care of me in less than 30 minutes. I was out the door with 2 pairs of nice Italian pants for a fair price. Who knows...Wallie and I may have started the beginning of mending the two cities! Great store. Definitely recommend.”

“Wonderful customer service. My online order didn't fit well, and they laced + had me try on several other styles based on my feedback. I didn't end up finding a shoe that fit how I needed it to (very wide feet), but the assistant manager was more helpful than I can describe.
The music in the store was top-notch, too. I'd never heard of TRAAMS before!”

“I have been dealing with foot pain from hallus rigidus for the past few years. Always having trouble with shoes. I finally visited this store and WOW! I finally have shoes that I can walk pain free in! One of my Birkenstocks was rubbing my toe and he was able to file it down right there. I love how I can have my shoes fixed right there locally. The guy at the shop was very knowledgeable and I even got orthotic inserts. It's a bit pricy but worth it! I got 2 pairs of shoes, one with orthopedic inserts and the other getting more cushion installed, all for less than custom orthotics I've had made in the past. I'll definitely be coming back and recommend this store to everyone!”

I had won the boots at a fundraiser and could easily have walked out without a purchase EXCEPT the shoes in this store are AMAZING, so many styles, designs and colors. There is something for everyone and anyone! I purchased an additional pair of shoes which I adore and plan on several more purchases. This store is a gem and the staff are super friendly and helpful. “Anthony helped my significant other and I each do a (free) foot scan, and he spent a lot of time listening to us talk about what we were looking for in shoes and how our old sneakers did for us. He did a great job using the information from the scan and what we told him to recommend each of us 3 and 4 pairs of shoes to test. He was great, very easy to work with and he was able to explain everything easily to us. The store has a pretty good sized selection of shoes for women and men alike. We had a great experience and I got a new pair of shoes at a good price upon his recommendation ?”

“We stopped by this location today to get some confusing holiday returns out of the way, to which the gentleman at the desk, Bruce (I believe his tag said assistant manager?) Was incredibly helpful and kind.This is a definite badge of honor to still be able to be labelled as kind and helpful during these crazy times. In a busy store, filled to the brim with customers in a rush, he was still incredibly helpful and kind, all the while grabbing phone calls, answering questions, ringing people up without a hitch.I definitely recommend this store and staff to anyone passing through the South Hills who might be in need of some footwear!”
