“Janet was amazing! I loved the staff that was available during my appointment. It was a slower day, and I felt my appointment was very intimate and special. Multiple of the staff members came to give their input. It was very special.
Janet gave her input and was super helpful on her opinions. The dress I tried on, was the second dress and it felt special and they helped make me feel I was in the right direction. This is my second dress & my second chance at a new beginning and I felt truly this was the best experience. I am so happy. Towards the end when I rang the bell, I cried.

“Stopped in for the first time on mothers day weekend and received exceptional service from Melissa. These sparkle ballet flats caught my eye in the window and I simply couldn't resist. Felt very pampered here with the great customer service, and the glass of champagne offered for mothers day special/sale. I ended up leaving with 3 pairs of absolutely adorable shoes, that are good quality investment pieces to match alot of my wardrobe (with Melissa's help!). I still can't get over how soft some od the leather feels on my feet”

“My feet were about to give out after walking ~20mi in 3 days on running shoes that were falling apart and not at all meant for my flat feet. I need an emergency new pair and found this shoe store. I was in and out in 15 minutes. They measured my feet, watched my walk a little and set me up with a great pair of shoes with built in arches for my flat feet. It’s been a month with these shoes now and my feet feel great, and I don’t get pain in my right knee anymore. This is a great small business, thank you guys!”

“Every employee in there made me feel comfortable in an environment that I was very new to. I had no idea what I was doing and no idea what size my girls were in ballet shoes. But they took control for me and directed me to what I needed and changed out sizes so that we could find just the right fit without ever making me feel like I was inconveniencing them.”

“Littles is without a doubt my favorite shoe store, in large part for its unbeatable service. Bobby spent over two hours helping me pick out the perfect pair of running shoes for work. He was incredibly kind, patient, and eager to help in any way possible. He was also very knowledgeable and taught me about the key differences between numerous different brands and models, making an overwhelming selection process much more straight-forward. He also had a great eye and offered insights into color choices and styles that would best complement my work attire, helping me narrow down my choices. He never made me feel rushed or pressured, and I could tell he genuinely wanted to help me make the best decision possible. He provided hands down the best customer service I have received from any business.
Moreover, during my four years in Pittsburgh, I have bought five pairs of shoes from Littles ranging from Remontes to Hokas, from dress shoes to winter boots to running shoes. Each time, I have been impressed by how outstandingly comfortable and durable their shoes are. Whenever I’m in need of new shoes, Littles is the first store that comes to mind, and I’m always looking forward to returning. I would recommend this store to anyone in search of fabulous shoes!”

“I stopped by Shoe Fly on a whim to try on a pair of shoes that had been recommended to me. When I walked in I was so kindly greeted by Jack. Jack was the absolute pinnacle of true customer service. I explained issues I’d been having with previous shoes I had bought elsewhere, and Jack recommended doing a foot scan to truly get the best understanding of how he could help me. Once the scan was done, Jack recommended the perfect insoles and shoes for me to finally feel comfortable walking long distances. The entire time of trying on different shoes, Jack helped me in and out of every shoe, tying the laces, the whole nine yards, all while holding a conversation with me. The kind of customer service we’ve all come to miss. Jack was truly the reason I decided to even move forward with making a purchase today. I would recommend him every time and I will always go back to Shoe Fly to see Jack!”

“Just got my beat on boots resoled here. Awesome experience im Ironworker im super hard on boots for $60.00 he cleaned them, oiled them, and resoled the boots. It took 2 weeks from the time of drop off until i picked them up from him. Definitely recommend way better than $300.00 for new boots. AWSOME STORE AND OWNER ! not many places left like this anymore.”

“One of my performers for an upcoming show that we're putting on needed some rather unconventional items for a costume. The performer stopped in at the store when they were in the area and was given such amazing treatment. The owner of the store was so generous, helpful, and patient. She took her time and went above and beyond to make sure that my performer had everything they needed for the show.
Because of this store on of my performers has everything needed to look good on stage. The performer told me they will definitely go back if we ever need any more costuming.
Many small local stores like this go unappreciated and I just wanted to make sure that the owner and the store got the recognition they deserved.”
