We talked about many things and he NEVER pressured me into looking at or purchasing a pair of shoes. “This shoe store is out of this world wonderful! My wife has problems with her feet and was picky about the shoes that she wears. These wonderful women actually do what shoe stores are supposed to do, make sure you get the shoes that you want and will be comfortable in. Her feet were measured (length and width) and told the sales woman an idea of what she was looking for. The lady disappeared into the back and came out with 12 boxes!!! My wife tried on each pair and found the ones she wanted, but the left one didn't fit quite right. So, the sales lady stretched part of the top of the shoe, and placed a "spacer" (for lack of the correct name for it) in the heel of the shoe. That fixed them! We were sold!More shoe stores should take a hint and go back to the way it should be done!!!”

“Wonderful store. I have always loved their selection of Birkenstocks and Alegria shoes, but also this past summer, I sustained a significant injury to my foot and was in a boot for four months. When released from the boot, I found my injured foot could not fit into any of my shoes. I went to Best Made Shoes confident that they would know how to care for my mismatched feet, one now a wide and then other a narrow and even measuring different sizes in length. After working to make a wide shoe fit my one narrow foot, I happily walked out of the store with two pairs of shoes that fit!
