“Tracy was amazing!!! We reserved a 10x10 climate controlled unit and a 10x20 non climate controlled unit online. Upon arrival, we explained our needs to Tracy and she set us up with a 12x30 climate controlled unit that is perfect for our needs. She took my wife and I to see the unit to ensure it fit our needs and took care of getting us all set up right there on the spot, even though we ended up staying a little passed 5:00pm which is when they close. She said she didn't mind staying to complete the transaction. Tracy not only got us exactly what we needed, but she was very personable and friendly as well. It was a pleasure meeting her! Highly recommend CubeSmart and make sure to ask for Tracy! You won't be disappointed.”

“I've used this place recently. The woman at the front desk keeps this place very clean. I move yearly so I've used my share of storages in the area. The storage units are pristine clean. The lot where the storage containers sit is kept beautifully cleaned. I was shocked at how nice this storage area is kept. I had no problems. Read your paperwork before assuming you get anything back. I had no problems with any pests or bugs. When I couldn't pay online I called in and the front desk woman would call me back and take payment over the phone. The next time I move, if I stay in this area l, I will definitely be using them again.”
“Only 2 small issues I have is not having the ability to walk out of the fence. There’s no keypad inside the gated units, only a vehicle can trip the sensors inside. Also it can be selective trying to pick up my motorcycle even though it’s close to 1000lbs, bicycles definitely don’t register. The last would be the potential for a flat tire due to screws, nails etc dropped accidentally by people moving things in and out. There are a fair amount of motorcycles that come in and out that could easily get a flat, 15 mins a day with a rolling magnetized pusher would help insure the safety and cost for everyone there. I try to pick up and dispose of them each time I go to storage if I find any.”
“First time using Premier- I wanted a temp controlled unit to store my motorcycle for the cold winter season, and couldn’t beat their competitive rates and 24/7 access to your unit! One of the only storages that allowed me to store a motorcycle indoors. Thank you!”
