“Super friendly staff, no nonsense banking. A few online services aren't the easiest to enroll in..not being able to click boxes agreeing to terms..webpage layout design issue I'm guessing. ATM services are a bit outdated like having to remove your card after every transaction as opposed to doing a transaction and being asked if you want more transactions once the current one is complete. Instead you have to get your card back and have to put it back in, enter pin and go through the process again. Checks taking a few days to clear is annoying, especially with instant verification capabilities these days (venmo, etc). But as far as a brick and mortar old school bank, there's none better than Member's First.”

“I had a problem with a dealership that I was working with because they gave me a significantly high interest-rate that a college student would not afford, but fortunately enough, Stephanie was there in in the branch, and she hooked me up with almost half of that interest-rate she was extremely helpful she stayed after hours with me because I came 30 minutes before closing and we did not leave until she got my application submitted for the auto loan. “Love this branch. One of the employees, Mr. Stackfield, has been unbelievably helpful. I was in the Army for many years - and despite living in the south (and not having easy access to an M&T Bank). Mr. Stackfield always made it very easy for me or my family to take out money, manage accounts and generally keep up with my financial well being. I still reside near a military instillation and often need to travel for work. The nearest M&T Bank is over 200 miles away. But without fail - if I or someone in my family has trouble we can get Mr. Stackfield on the phone and he will do everything in his power to correct any issues.”
