My only complaint is that I was told the battery would be in, in a week. It took 3. Whether it was supply chain issues, tariff issues, or work around the end of the year holidays, they had to know it would be longer than a week. Don’t overpromise when you must know that it would not be just a week.”

“Such generous people! One of the keys on my Mac broke, and in hopes of avoiding a drive to an Apple store, I reached out to see if they had the part. Adam was very quick to respond and incredibly helpful. I was able to get the part within a day, saving me a long drive, and he even gifted me a duplicate key in case it broke again in the future! I can't recommend this place more!”
