“Very friendly staff every time I need to ship something. My first visit was to return an Amazon package and I chose the wrong option for needing a label. They guided me thru my amazon account to request a new label and my package went out quickly. I thought I would have to go home and come back, but they had me email the label and they printed the label for me for free. Next time I'll choose the correct label and not the qr code.”

“Due to me being handicapped i had to have someone drive with me so i could get out in front if store and use my vehicle to help me with my cane to get up on sidewalk. The area to walk from a lower level sidewalk is too far for me to walk. And im unable to step up from road to top of sidewalk no ramp or railing.”

“I misplaced my receipt for a package that should have been delivered overnight. It was delivered a day late. Because I didn’t have the tracking number, I couldn’t get information on where the package was. The post office employee named John went above and beyond to research the package tracking number by searching transactions of all the overnight deliveries from thst office using my sisters address along with the amount I paid, how I paid, the date and time of the transaction! I purposely chose that office out of the 3 I’m my area I could have visited because I have always received pleasant, timely, and expert service! This transaction experience was exceptional! Thank you John for making my day locating the tracking number and information on the delivery. It was a day late but that wasn’t due to John’s efforts! He put it on the truck himself the evening of the day I sent it. I’ll blame it on the gov shutdown!”
“We walk in today to renew my passport and my friend to get a new one. We luck out, Jason, postmaster was on duty. He is friendly, efficient, calm and put you at ease. If all the employees are like him, everyone will likely come back to the place. He should get an award from the Postal office, hope all the postmasters like him. He got us out from there in no time and still able to serve regular customers. Thank you..”

In particular made it impossible to get to my mailbox. And I know there were many other people in the same predicament. The post office handled it gracefully and efficiently by holding our mail so we could pick it up. They were very courteous about it even though it created a lot more work for them.”

He’s had a line all the way to the door, but he has communicated so clearly and so kindly with that line letting everyone know exactly where he’s at how much longer it will be and quickly addresses issues that he can fix easily to speed things along for everyone.
