“No one likes having to make an unexpected purchase when an appliance, especially the refrigerator stops working. Jacob did an amazing job working with me, listening to what I wanted and talking me through the purchase. I have never purchased a refrigerator without having inspected it, let alone in 20 minutes, but I feel confident that I’m going to love this when it is delivered on Thursday. Jacob researched what I had and compared what was different and better. It was a pleasant purchase experience. He was relatable and just a really nice guy.

At the time, we weren't ready to purchase.. When we were ready, we came back to this Levin Mattress location just because of our salesperson, Janice! We were happy to see she was working that day and bought a mattress that fits our exact needs within the hour. She was extremely knowledgeable (I would say an expert!) and could answer all of our questions with ease. “My husband and I are re-doing our bedroom and were finally able to set up our gorgeous new bed frame today! Well silly me didn’t realize that our new bed frame required a box spring, while our old one did not. ??♀️ I thought we were screwed and would have to sleep on the floor again for another few weeks. We each work 12+ hour shifts and couldn’t get to a store any time soon … I have to tell you, the most unexpected wonderful thing happened. I called The Original Mattress Factory in Mt. Lebanon at 6:45pm on a Wednesday evening desperate to see if we could get a box spring delivered sometime this week. I was SO lucky that it just so happened that Bill picked up the phone. He helped me purchase a box spring over the phone and decided to drop it offat our home PERSONALLY just an hour and a half later! Omg! He is such a thoughtful sweet human being and we could not thank him enough! He saved us so many headaches and backaches… please give this man a raise.”

“Great information and great products! We got our awesome soft -sided waterbed! UPDATE: we've had our bed for over a week, it's like sleeping on a cloud. For those who don't know what a soft-sided waterbed is, it makes/looks like regular bed, same sheets and all. Highly recommend this business!”

“I had a wonderful time. The buildings themselves are so interesting and the way the installations are designed to incorporate the space or point to its limitations is really great. You're not going to walk into big clean rooms and look at neatly hung beautiful pictures and paintings or starkly lit sculptures on pedestals- the shaggy lived in feeling of the space is kinda the whole thing of it. The installations we saw were all so different from one another, there was really something for everyone and we spent nearly three hours taking it all in. That being said, kids might not love it and it's not the most accessible experience for those with mobility issues so fair warning there.”
