“No one likes having to make an unexpected purchase when an appliance, especially the refrigerator stops working. Jacob did an amazing job working with me, listening to what I wanted and talking me through the purchase. I have never purchased a refrigerator without having inspected it, let alone in 20 minutes, but I feel confident that I’m going to love this when it is delivered on Thursday. Jacob researched what I had and compared what was different and better. It was a pleasant purchase experience. He was relatable and just a really nice guy.

We set out on a trip today to find a new mattress. After multiple stores we ended up here. And we were greeted by John. From the moment we walked in, John was engaging, friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to what we were looking for, pointed us in the right direction. He explained the products in a way that the average person could understand. He was also very transparent, which I feel like is hard to find in a sales person. We were able to find the exact type of mattress we were looking for with some Add ons and it was all within our price range! Will definitely recommend, especially working with John!”

“Such a unique and thought-provoking exhibit in a really neat location. The person who worked there was so kind and helpful and all of the art was super interesting. It is very easy and stress free to find parking- there is a small lot available that belongs to the museum but there was also a garage a short walk away that we used. The museum store is full of interesting things to buy as well- art, books, trinkets etc. If you complete their survey, you can get a free sticker as well which appealed to the inner kid in me :) very fun experience at this museum!”

“Larne is Simply a Good Person who focused on what I actually needed & gave me the best options that I couldn’t achieve elsewhere.
Larne took the time to listen to the elderly Veteran wanting a mattress via phone. In less than 45 minutes later I was happily walking out of the store with a new mattress purchase for a 94 year old Veteran that couldn’t be more pleased!
My experience was Pleasant, Comical and most definitely warrants a reason to return for future needs!
