“I'm from out of town (Baltimore, MD) Don't set fire to my post...Lol..I needed slacks as soon as I got back home and wouldn't have time to not only shop but get them hemmed and tailored. Wallie took care of me in less than 30 minutes. I was out the door with 2 pairs of nice Italian pants for a fair price. Who knows...Wallie and I may have started the beginning of mending the two cities! Great store. Definitely recommend.”

They stand behind their warranty and products I’ve had my coat for many years from the Grand Canyon, Hoover dam ,Las Vegas, Route 66 and the planes of Texas , tornadoes in Alabama & tropical storms. This jacket has protected me from the elements. “Wonderful customer service. My online order didn't fit well, and they laced + had me try on several other styles based on my feedback. I didn't end up finding a shoe that fit how I needed it to (very wide feet), but the assistant manager was more helpful than I can describe.
The music in the store was top-notch, too. I'd never heard of TRAAMS before!”
“Every employee in there made me feel comfortable in an environment that I was very new to. I had no idea what I was doing and no idea what size my girls were in ballet shoes. But they took control for me and directed me to what I needed and changed out sizes so that we could find just the right fit without ever making me feel like I was inconveniencing them.”

“Great selection of Skechers. The buy one get on half off sale always seems to be going on. Just be sure to get two pair of shoes close to the same price for the best savings. The employees are helpful. We've needed assistance a few times through the years and they are always polite and helpful. Usually we need a shoe down from the top shelf. Grabbed these super comfortable Skechers on this trip. Love them!”

“Since 2020, after having relocated to the South Hills, I have bought my last 5 pairs of running shoes at Fleet Feet. The folks who work at the store are knowledgeable about shoe/clothing brands and fit, and management of the check-out counter is fast and efficient. I am close to 80 and have never experienced any ageism, which exists at other stores that sell sports merchandise.”
