Because it’s located inside the Barnes & Noble, it has a completely different vibe than your typical standalone, high-stress drive-thru Starbucks. It’s much more relaxed, clean, and quiet—perfect if you want to actually sit down, read, or get some work done.
The staff here is always incredibly friendly and efficient, and the drinks are consistently well-made. Plus, you can't beat the convenience of grabbing a great beverage and browsing the book aisles right after. Highly recommend this specific location if you're looking for a calmer café experience in the Fairless Hills area!”
“I ordered a box of 25 books from Heisenbooks. When it was delivered, the box was split wide open and half the books were missing. We had just started getting moved to our new address and everything was very crazy. When we received it, we notified Heisenbooks and they asked to send them a picture so they could speak to the delivery company about it. Unfortunately, we had accidently thrown it out with a pile of other things we were discarding. When I notified them of this, I expected that we could do nothing but settle for what we had. However, they were kind enough to get it all taken care of and replaced the book that were lost from the box by the delivery people. I know that every time I plan to buy books, Heisenbooks will be the very first place I look for the books I am looking for. Heisenbooks has a new very dedicated and faithful customer for life! And yes, from everything I've seen, they ARE that good!!!

“If you are looking for the newest romances you saw on an app, I am happy to say that this place will not provide. Walking in, I was happy to see a large collection of older books, and found that they seemed to curate a collection of less common books, with a good mix of both new and old. The prices are fantastic for what they have, and while not everything even fits on the shelves, they also have cases of collectible versions of some things. My husband and I happily walked out with a handful of things all on the older side to add to our home library, and we are looking forward to making regular stops in to see what they get in.”

“I ordered 3 children’s board books through this seller via Abebooks. They are a series that is no longer in print.I had initially ordered one of the books from another seller that was supposed to be in “very good” condition. My kid only has two of the books in the series and I figured she would enjoy the last one. Unfortunately, when it arrived the cover was partly torn. I’m not sure if it was from shipping or if that’s how it was already. I decided I will just repair that one and keep it as a back up but I wanted a good copy.I was nervous about trying to order again from a different seller. However, I decided that this time I would try looking for a new copy of that book as well as back up new copies of the other two in the series. (My daughter really loves the original two she has and they’re already seeing some wear.) Of course, getting the books in new condition meant they were much more expensive but I took the risk even though the reviews for the seller here on Google were not very good. I ordered on 8/18. The books arrived this afternoon 8/25 and I couldn’t be more thrilled! They are perfect.”
