“This Barnes and Nobles is unlike any other! During a shelter-in-place where the store was on lockdown, we felt very taken care of, safe, and comfortable. The manager continuously shared updates and the sbux staff walked around asking if we needed anything. I have a 2.5 year old who was expecting Sesame Place, but this is what she had instead and that was okay with her! The store was also very clean, organized and had a great selection of books that were relevant to any interest. Thank you!”

“Terrific addition to Yardley's Main St. A true labor of love. Welcoming in every respect, from the front porch to the various arrays of books to the helpful staff. If you love experiencing books in an environment that loves them as much as you do, Commonplace is the place.”

“Great little book shop, so many books that it would take hours to look through everything. Things are organized by categories. Boyfriend found a rare book about the Eagles. They offer military discount and discount if you pay cash. Seems like things could be negotiable”

“I love Barnes & Noble. I love that they have a good collection of vinyl records. The only thing I didn't like is the technology section is lacking a bit I wanted a book on Linux that's top 10 on Amazon for Linux books and I had to order it but at least I could order it. Should be here in a few days.”

“Pretty good place to get books and other things like shirts, Sweatshirts and other clothing items. Depending on the day you will have a better time. Sometimes staff is a little assertive and disrespectful but that's with every company. Overall. Good.”

“Ah, Barnes & Noble - the land of infinite books and the occasional overpriced coffee. It's the perfect place to spend a lazy afternoon, browsing through the shelves and pretending to be intellectual. Walking through the doors, I was greeted by the overwhelming smell of paper and ink. It's like a bookstore air freshener on steroids. But hey, I'm not complaining. I love the smell of a good book as much as the next person. As I perused the stacks, I couldn't help but feel like a kid in a candy store. So many books, so little time (and money). And let's not forget about the fancy bookmarks and journals that I don't need but must have. It's a dangerous game, my friends. But then there's the cafe. Ah, the cafe. The place where you can spend $5 on a cup of coffee and feel like a sophisticated member of society. It's the perfect spot to people-watch and eavesdrop on conversations that are far more interesting than your own. Overall, Barnes & Noble is a great place to get lost in the world of literature and spend way too much money on things you don't need. And who knows, you might even learn something along the way (but let's not get too crazy).”

“I ordered 3 children’s board books through this seller via Abebooks. They are a series that is no longer in print.I had initially ordered one of the books from another seller that was supposed to be in “very good” condition. My kid only has two of the books in the series and I figured she would enjoy the last one. Unfortunately, when it arrived the cover was partly torn. I’m not sure if it was from shipping or if that’s how it was already. I decided I will just repair that one and keep it as a back up but I wanted a good copy.I was nervous about trying to order again from a different seller. However, I decided that this time I would try looking for a new copy of that book as well as back up new copies of the other two in the series. (My daughter really loves the original two she has and they’re already seeing some wear.) Of course, getting the books in new condition meant they were much more expensive but I took the risk even though the reviews for the seller here on Google were not very good. I ordered on 8/18. The books arrived this afternoon 8/25 and I couldn’t be more thrilled! They are perfect.”
