I reached out right before Christmas to see if they could transfer some tapes as a gift, the answer was yes of course and it was done within 48 hours, even discounted for one of my tapes since it was only 6 minutes. They evaluated the full amount of tapes I would like to do and gave me a big enough thumb drive to hold them all. If you have been thinking about doing this don’t look anywhere else! Plus you don’t have to ship your tapes and worry something will happen to them. Can’t wait to have them all done!”

“These guys are awesome! I went there a few years ago as a newbie for a radio, while I was happy with it, as I learned more about them I found they had sold me a very good radio. While it was more than I needed at the time, I didn't have to upgrade as I learned more about them. Very happy with that purchase!Recently I was having a problem and stopped in late in the afternoon. Tim diagnosed the problem in about five minutes, and he was able to repair it immediately, which was unexpected.Not only do they give great service, but they seem to be a real good group of people. “Happy after visiting WWS. Great staff with good knowledge of hifi. Was looking for bookshelf speakers for my medium room. They had Focals Dynaudio Klipsch B&W mainly for demo at Ardmore store. And a wide variety of Integrateds for demo. Yamaha, MCIntosh, Nad, Cambridge, Marantz when I visited. Decided to get a B&W after auditioning for 30 mins. Pretty impressed. Thanks Ryan and Tommy.”

“The Delco team is absolutely top notch. They have completed two separate projects for our school - a cafeteria video/audio project and a gym audio project. Both projects greatly exceeded my expectations. The team was phenomenal, timely and friendly throughout the work. Delco was also the most efficient crew I have ever seen -- efficiency and great quality work do not always go together but they are truly masters at what they do - everything down to the details was done right. They also take the time to explain how to use the equipment in simple terms for those of us who are not audio technicians :-).After the project was completed, I had a couple of questions and they were very responsive and offered to come out again to demonstrate how the system works. If you have an audio/visual project you could not do better than Delco Solutions!”

“Ordered 3 keyed alike Mul T Lok herculars. They came in about 4 weeks which is expected. Medeco and Mul T loks are both back ordered 4-6 weeks. The locks came brand new. If you are unsure if they are legit or not. Check there GSA # and called Fried bothers. You can confirm Fried brothers are on the mul t lock authorized distrubators list (dont get confused with retailer when checking the website) Locks came in brand new.. no scratches. You cant beat the price of this locks when buying from anywhere else”

That said, Lindsi was my point of contact and she was SUPER amazing! She was PLEASANT, said good morning, greeted me with a smile and the experience was amazing! I’m not tech savvy by any means long shot! She was patient and guided me through the process of getting things done! In addition, she engaged me with interesting conversation while we waiting for my phone to back up/transfer phone, etc! This young lady is very personable and intelligent! Keep her around! “I was locked out of my phone and all I needed was the SIM card code Which I didn't have. I called the company and was told to go to a Metro store to bring my ID and I'll get my code ??? I went to Chi Chester by the karate place she couldn't help me like it was something out of this world, had No Clue, and then I went to the Brookhaven store same thing happened. Now in the back of my mind I kept thinking about the store in Claymont that always has helped me. So after a bit I brought it to the Metro store in Claymont the guy had No Problem went on my account and BAM I have my phone infact my phone locked up on me again and when I went back to him he had No Problem unlocking my phone again Plus he wrote down my code in case it happens again. Now he's a professional knows what he's doing and I didn't even get charged I would've gladly paid. Really Nice and Helpful. Thank you ?”
