After a hip injury, I needed shoes that could handle 15,000+ steps a day, along with occasional jogging and light hiking. He and his son took the time to really understand my needs and help me find the right fit. Even though they didn’t carry Hoka—which ultimately ended up being the best option for my current medical situation—the Brooks and Saucony shoes I purchased from them for occasional runs have been excellent.
They’ve also helped other members of my family with different foot issues, always with the same level of care and expertise. Fair pricing, no-nonsense service, and genuinely friendly, knowledgeable people. Highly recommended.”

“OMG! This store is the BEST! KEITH is the Best! Today my daughter had a lacrosse clinic (she's 10) & we couldn't find her face guard, mouth guard & her cleats didn't fit! The clinic started at 9:30 in Springfield. We were at the store at 9:30 & it didnt open til 10....BUT Keith let us in & in record time fitted my daughter with everything & she was on the field by 10 (& not missing a lot). THANK YOU KEITH!”
“I bought both of my daughter’s shoes from here and they are 32 and 30 years old now. Now buying shoes for my granddaughter who is 2. Bought her first pair of walking shoes from here and many others. They carry a beautiful selection of European made shoes and they know how to fit a child’s foot so they can have growing room to maximize usage and wear. This place is a treasure- we drive all the way from Upper Bucks County to buy our shoes here.”

“I went into DXL last minute looking for a dress shirt for my sister’s wedding and expected the usual stressful shopping experience. Instead, I ended up having one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time.
I believe the gentleman helping me was Brian, and the guy was absolutely phenomenal. Super professional, knowledgeable, patient, and not pushy at all.
The dress shirts I originally picked out were pinned together, so instead of just guessing my size, he had me try on another shirt to make sure everything fit correctly — breathable around the neck, enough room to move, sleeves long enough for my arms, the whole deal. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure I looked good and felt comfortable, not just making a sale.
Then he got me set up on the EyeFit scan machine, which apparently now knows every measurement on my body better than I do. Neck, chest, waist, wrists, legs… I’m pretty sure DXL could identify me faster than the FBI at this point.
The funny part is he had such good taste and style that the shirt he grabbed for sizing ended up looking so good I bought that one too. So I came in for one emergency wedding shirt and somehow left with two shirts, all my measurements digitally stored for eternity, and a free pair of boxers.
Honestly, outstanding experience from start to finish. Huge thanks to Brian and the team at DXL for making the process easy, comfortable, and actually enjoyable.”

“Picked up a raffle win of Jordan 5 Metallics from this location last Saturday and have to say this was the best interaction I have ever had in 35 years of being a Sneakerhead. As soon as I entered the store someone who I think was the manager greeted me and pointed me to the cashier to pick up my shoes. Two other staff members greeted me and said congrats on the win. Super friendly welcoming crew from top to bottom. I drove 45 minutes from South Jersey and it was more than worth the trip. Will definitely visit this location again, Thanks again!”

“The owner really knows her stuff. I have always had narrow feet so I have to go to specialty shops. Most stores never have the solid well made brands that come in a variety of widths and sizes. Ive had SAS shoes for over a decade and they last and keep their support for much longer than others. Fabulous selection of those and a few other brands. I have a great experience every time, I get what I was looking for and 1-2 more pairs that I need or didn't know I needed! Great prices. And I love supporting local family business.”
“Hello Google Family. I am so surprised that Google prompted me to write a review for DSW Warehouse. I thought I had already written a review for this place. I purchased a pair of summer shoes. They are black, and a 9 1/2. I used a coupon that DSW had sent me through the mail. My experience was good and I was in and out of there. I walked the rows of DSW and I saw some shoes on the clearance rack that I was interested in, but they didn't have my size. I saw my shoe sizes on the clearance rack, but I wasn't interested in those shoes. When it came time to check out, it was quick. I didn't wait long, as the young lady was up front, waiting to ring me up. She asked if I had found everything satisfactory. I said yes and continued with my transaction. The shoes that I purchased are a slingback with the heel out. Have a great day, Google Family.”

“I don't usually review chain places but I just wanted to drop a note that this location was really helpful when I was looking for a baby shower gift for my friend. One employee helped me sort through racks for a specific outfit I had seen online on their registry, but that I could not find once I got to the store. She also went to the back to search for another item. Even the cashier jumped in to help out. I really appreciated the way they went above and beyond to put together a great gift. There are also some good sales that I will keep an eye on next time I need a baby gift!”
