“I went into DXL last minute looking for a dress shirt for my sister’s wedding and expected the usual stressful shopping experience. Instead, I ended up having one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time.
I believe the gentleman helping me was Brian, and the guy was absolutely phenomenal. Super professional, knowledgeable, patient, and not pushy at all.
The dress shirts I originally picked out were pinned together, so instead of just guessing my size, he had me try on another shirt to make sure everything fit correctly — breathable around the neck, enough room to move, sleeves long enough for my arms, the whole deal. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure I looked good and felt comfortable, not just making a sale.
Then he got me set up on the EyeFit scan machine, which apparently now knows every measurement on my body better than I do. Neck, chest, waist, wrists, legs… I’m pretty sure DXL could identify me faster than the FBI at this point.
The funny part is he had such good taste and style that the shirt he grabbed for sizing ended up looking so good I bought that one too. So I came in for one emergency wedding shirt and somehow left with two shirts, all my measurements digitally stored for eternity, and a free pair of boxers.
Honestly, outstanding experience from start to finish. Huge thanks to Brian and the team at DXL for making the process easy, comfortable, and actually enjoyable.”
“Hello Google Family. I am so surprised that Google prompted me to write a review for DSW Warehouse. I thought I had already written a review for this place. I purchased a pair of summer shoes. They are black, and a 9 1/2. I used a coupon that DSW had sent me through the mail. My experience was good and I was in and out of there. I walked the rows of DSW and I saw some shoes on the clearance rack that I was interested in, but they didn't have my size. I saw my shoe sizes on the clearance rack, but I wasn't interested in those shoes. When it came time to check out, it was quick. I didn't wait long, as the young lady was up front, waiting to ring me up. She asked if I had found everything satisfactory. I said yes and continued with my transaction. The shoes that I purchased are a slingback with the heel out. Have a great day, Google Family.”

“Good Evening Google Family. This is my very first time visiting any location of Shoe Dept. Encore. I was greeted by a young man associate as soon as I walked into the store. I was looking for cheap and reasonable shoes. I am so tired of paying high out of this world prices for regular every day shoes. I immediately high tailed it to the clearance section. I saw a pair of black skechers that I wanted. . It is their policy to only put one shoe in the box and then the sales associate goes in the back and gets the other shoe. When I went to check out, I handed that same young man my two pair of shoes that I wanted. However when he went in the back to retrieve the other shoe, he could not find it. I had found those shoes in the clearance section. So then I want back to find another pair of shoes that I liked. I found another pair and then I brought them back to that same sales associate. He did not have to look for the other shoe that I brought, only the other shoe that I had brought previously, he looked for that shoe. He had both pairs in front of him and then he rang me up. I paid for them by debit card. My shoes were placed in the shoe bag and then I left. I love this store!!!! I will be shopping here again, at the other locations like King of Prussia, and Plymouth Meeting. Have a great night Google Family and don't forget to work out, be Healthy, Fit and Fabulous!!!!!”

“I don't usually review chain places but I just wanted to drop a note that this location was really helpful when I was looking for a baby shower gift for my friend. One employee helped me sort through racks for a specific outfit I had seen online on their registry, but that I could not find once I got to the store. She also went to the back to search for another item. Even the cashier jumped in to help out. I really appreciated the way they went above and beyond to put together a great gift. There are also some good sales that I will keep an eye on next time I need a baby gift!”

“They have friendly, helpful employees the store is clean and stocked for the most part. They tend to run out of my size quickly, (7) whether it's boys' or girls' shoes; the selection they do have is okay. I find a lot of the newer styles are limited, but this is just my opinion. All items are overpriced, especially clothing; you can find the same brands and style online for much cheaper.”
“I like it here. I buy a size up in petite and it's like they're tailored for me! I try and old buy off the sale rack though so I don't spend $$ I don't really have!”
