“Exemplary efforts Ryan! Ryan was the difference for me vs going to a large box house. During my visit to the Purple showroom at King of Prussia Mall Ryan took the time to listen to my concerns then assist with fitting me with the best suitable pillow and mattress combination. I appreciated him taking the time to explain the details and specs and why he felt one option was better than the other. Even as time drew towards closing, he was steadfast on making sure my questions and concerns were addressed. I had asked Ryan if he could speak with the delivery team to help expedite my new mattress and sheets because I don't sleep well and am in dire need of doing so. He went above and beyond for me to do so and that just shows the kind of person he is. It is not often that a sales person goes the extra mile. He and the staff supporting him deserve kudos for their efforts. I 100% agree with what others have said, Purple is a company that prioritizes its customers needs and Ryan is absolutely the epitome of effort and support.”

“I was in a very tough situation this past week having to move my mom into an assisted-living. Every time we took one step forward, we took two steps backwards with different communities on Friday evening I needed to purchase a small dinette set for her new living quarters Ray Moore Flanagan was the only store that had what we were looking for the sales person manager that evening, and the Springfield store could not have been more than accommodating. They realize that we needed something quickly and they were very helpful to provide us with the table exactly what we were looking for, and we were able to take it home that night. They were kind enough to dismantle it, and Help loaded into The car at 8:30pm that evening . All 30 minutes before closing. I have purchased mist of my furniture from this store and always had a great experience. Thank you to the manger and sales rep! You were truly a blessing that night. Thank you. Carol”

“I had an excellent experience with Just Chairs & Tables in Ardmore and highly recommend them. I recently purchased four recliner chairs, two barrel chairs, and a convertible king-sized sofa bed for my Poconos house and my home in Bryn Mawr, and I could not be happier with everything. Steve was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He is knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful without being pushy. He took the time to understand what I needed for each space and helped me sort through the options in a practical way. The selection was excellent, the quality of the furniture is very high, and the pieces look great and are extremely comfortable. What I especially appreciated was the personal attention and honest guidance. This is not a big-box furniture experience where you are left to figure things out yourself. Steve knows his products and clearly cares about matching customers with the right furniture. The delivery process was also smooth and professional. Overall, I am really pleased with the purchases and the service. I would absolutely buy from Just Chairs & Tables again.”

“Couldn't have asked for a better experience. We went into the Newtown Sq. store knowing what we wanted for our guest room. Omar was professional, friendly, and showed us exactly what we wanted without any kind of standard sales pitch or attempt to upsell, which was very much appreciated. Delivery and setup was great, but it turned out we didnt need the box spring with the platform frame that we purchased. Omar called us the next day to advise us that the credit for the box spring was issued and to make sure everything else was OK. Glad we went to Mattress Firm, highly recommend! Ask for Omar!!”

“Loved the decorating advice I got from Judy; I get many compliments on the sofa/fabric she helped me to pick. When my cocktail table order was delayed for months Ethan Allen sent me a loaner, which was great. Ultimately EA couldn’t deliver on my cocktail table - it took 9 months to learn that, which was very annoying. But I got my money back and was able to find a table elsewhere so things worked out ok.”

“I needed some extra help decorating my newly finished basement, so I called Studio 882. I spoke to Lee who came to my house with Ethan to look over the space. They took their time looking over the basement and taking measurements. They understood what we were looking for and were very easy to work with. When they presented their ideas to my husband and I at Studio 882 we couldn’t have been more pleased. The colors, fabrics and furniture were exactly what we were looking for. Lee and Ethan were very responsive and easy to get along with. They also showed up on delivery day to make sure everything was right. They placed all of the furniture in the right spots and made sure it was perfect. While visiting Studio 882, the owner came over to introduce himself and sat with us while Lee and Ethan presented. We’re so happy we chose studio 882 to help us with our basement.”
