“Loved the decorating advice I got from Judy; I get many compliments on the sofa/fabric she helped me to pick. When my cocktail table order was delayed for months Ethan Allen sent me a loaner, which was great. Ultimately EA couldn’t deliver on my cocktail table - it took 9 months to learn that, which was very annoying. But I got my money back and was able to find a table elsewhere so things worked out ok.”

They're always around if you have questions but again they don't breathe down your neck which is very much appreciated. Shout out to Greg & Dominic at this location. Dominic was fantastic but he's still new there so Greg helped with the transaction on their computer system. They were both amazing. “I needed some extra help decorating my newly finished basement, so I called Studio 882. I spoke to Lee who came to my house with Ethan to look over the space. They took their time looking over the basement and taking measurements. They understood what we were looking for and were very easy to work with. When they presented their ideas to my husband and I at Studio 882 we couldn’t have been more pleased. The colors, fabrics and furniture were exactly what we were looking for. Lee and Ethan were very responsive and easy to get along with. They also showed up on delivery day to make sure everything was right. They placed all of the furniture in the right spots and made sure it was perfect. While visiting Studio 882, the owner came over to introduce himself and sat with us while Lee and Ethan presented.
