“This is one of my favorite stores of all time so on a personal note I'm in a good mood when I walk in here to begin with. Think of Harbor Freight as the "affordable alternative" to that Depot chain some are familiar with. The deals that they have at this store never cease to amaze me and I find that I rarely can walk out of the store without purchasing something that I may or may not even need because I just don't have it. Can you get things here that you can get at other stores? Absolutely. Are you going to be these prices? A snowball's chance in hell is greater than you finding a better deal somewhere else. This, you can take to the BANK, and considering all the savings, you actually WILL!”

“Always a pleasant encounter at Upper Darby Hardware. The staff is helpful with both service and suggestions for alternative solutions. Prices are often lower than the chain home improvement centers. Handicapped parking can be a challenge as there are limited spaces directly in front of the store.”

This store was about $15 less than all the other stores in my area. Not only were they cheaper, they gave me a painter's discount and a free t-shirt... I love t-$hirts but I love them even more when they're free.Service: Outstanding!!! The staff here is exceptionally welcoming and knowledgeable. They don't try to upsell you nor trick you into buying things you don't need. “Was a little nervous heading into Delaware County Supply as a female DIYer and not a contractor. No employees approached me in the store or the yard but I headed to the customer service counter and was pointed in the right direction. One of the lumber yard employees helped me find and price options for my project. Everyone was kind and helpful. I’ve been back a couple times to pick up additional supplies and the staff has even remembered me and asked how everything going. It’s great to have this store as an option other than just the big box stores!”
“Convenient to my residence but much too small of a space for the amount of product the store carries, and as a result organization and claustrophobia can often become a problem. Several times it’s taken 5-10 minutes to locate an employee when I’ve had questions or am ready to complete a purchase.”

“I wanted something to protect cabinet doors from being dented by hitting the corners of the range hood. I bought a sheet of 75 small bumpers directly from Bumper Specialties. They were shipped quickly, inexpensive, and work perfectly. Easy to apply to the edges of the range hood, and unobtrusive. Yes, I needed only two, but now I have 73 spares if these wear out!”

“Ordered 3 keyed alike Mul T Lok herculars. They came in about 4 weeks which is expected. Medeco and Mul T loks are both back ordered 4-6 weeks. The locks came brand new. If you are unsure if they are legit or not. Check there GSA # and called Fried bothers. You can confirm Fried brothers are on the mul t lock authorized distrubators list (dont get confused with retailer when checking the website) Locks came in brand new.. no scratches. You cant beat the price of this locks when buying from anywhere else”

“This place is great. I admit I often go to Home Depot for plumbing parts because it's closer, but when they don't have what I need, or what they do have is junk, I go to Grove Supply. I'm always surprised that the price is about the same. The parts are always better, and you can often get some advice while you're there. Grove even delivers for a very reasonable price. I wish it was closer to Media, PA.”

He is extremely responsive, quick to get pricing, request clarification and even suggest value engineering where it seems appropriate. His efforts to work with me and my team have left us feeling a sincere sense of comfort knowing that when an order is placed, its handled and we don't ever need to follow up. This location has been timely with deliveries and quick to help settle and billing discrepancies that arise, few though they have been. The only wish I have with this location is that they would deal with Square D equipment as these seem to be the standard our engineers differ to. Other than that, we greatly appreciate the hard work performed by Cooper and its associates like Greg.”
