“Very nice and helpful staff and good suppy of everything I've needed from a hardware store. It's nice to keep the resource of having a neighborhood hardware in business so I check here before go to a big store or the internet. Plus they actually have people to help you and they pretty much have everything and at comprable prices. Once they (like 3 different staff discussed the situation) to help us find the right wrech for my son's bike when we had no idea which one we needed.”
“Good evening Family. I visited today to ask a question about a weed wacker for the front yard. I needed a plug for it and I couldn't find it in the house. Customer service called for assistance and the associate came and helped me with my issue. It turns out that all I needed was an extension card and I have one at home. I am so happy that I did not have to spend any money. I will return home with the weed wacker and see if the extension cord fits. It turns out that it does and I am so happy about that. I had a good experience here. Have a good night, workout, be active and mobile, fit and fabulous especially for people over the age of 50 years.”
“Dwayne is absolutely AMAZING! The manufacturer drops the ball and pretty much didn’t want to do anything. I bought the equipment back to Home Depot. Instead of sending me back to dealing with the manufacture. Dwayne listened to me patiently, and helped me solve my problems. “This is my preferred HD. I actually only live 1 mile from the Upper Darby HD, but their staff seems to be much less competent.Their selection is strong, and the staff is always helpful. They really helped me out with a touch paint match that the Upper Darby Branch botched and seemed unable to assist me with. Shout out to Kalya(?) in the paint section.”
“Originally we went to Home Depot to get a paint sample from our wall matched. The Home Depot paint person told us it would be too complicated and to go pick out an existing color. Left and went to Lowe’s. Young at the paint department was SO helpful with matching our chip and helping to redirect us to samples so we could try out a few more shades. We’re repainting our entire house so once we swatch the color, we will come back here for all the paint + all of our houses supplies in the future because of our experience with Young.”
