“Sandy was phenomenal in helping me close an account due to a death. However the lack of support for her from her higher ups in being able to complete transaction in a timely manner was awful and not fair. As we waited almost an hour for transaction to be completed m, while lines were growing in lobby, shoukd not happen. All because they don't have enough help. But Sandy completed our task. Thank you.”
