“Really, the ACME staff as a whole was helpful. We ordered a cake online and when we went to pick it up, discovered that the store we originally ordered from doesn't do online orders. My wife was distraught because it was our youngest kids birthday and we weren't going to have a cake. Although it wasn't available at the other location when they reached out to this specific location about the situation, a baker from the BM location took and completed the order as we crept into and slightly beyond bakery hours. My wife and son were extremely satisfied and the cake was amazing! This restored our faith in humanity because they all went out of their way to help. Thanks and Kudos”
