Pet Grooming

I Love Dogs Pet Grooming
723 County Line Rd, Bryn MawrJolie, Theresa, and the rest of the I Love Dogs crew have been amazing with grooming of our two golden retrievers! We’ve been taking them for about a year now. Our pups smell and feel clean longer than previous groomers in the past, and the team listens to my request for a “golden cut” and the blending is wonderful. I love that they have weekend hours, and are always so polite and friendly when I come in. One pup is a therapy dog and used to slip and slide all over the hospital floors, but Jolie really manicures his paws and he hasn’t slipped since! They also go swimming all summer and are covered in matted fur spots from the creeks, and the team works through all of it without having to shave them. Would definitely recommend! Pet Care

Bryn Mawr Veterinary Hospital
18 N Merion Ave, Bryn MawrOur dog came down with an eye infection on Friday night after my Vet closed for the long New Years weekend. We couldn't ignore it for 4 days so on Saturday morning we frantically searched for someone who would help. After numerous refusals, we reached out to Bryn Mawr Vet. Not only were we relieved to find they were open, but estatic that they were happy to squeeze us in. Again, this was the Saturday before New Years Eve! The entire staff was extremely kind and caring. The office was spacious, clean and welcoming. Doctor Greenamyer was wonderful. She gently and thoroughly examined our dog's eye, immediately identified the issue and explained to us what it was, much to our relief. With the meds she perscribed, our dog's eye began to clear up nicely. We can't expres how grateful we are to the Bryn Mawr Veterinary Hospital (my dog's new Vets, BTW), Dr. Greenamyer and the staff.

Pets First Veterinary Center
924 E Haverford Rd, Bryn MawrThe entire team here was excellent, from the couple working the front desk, the technician, and the veterinarian himself, Dr. Heyde.
When was concerned about my dog, Gatsby, I was able to make a same day appointment. The technician and the veterinarian both listened to my concerns and were dutiful in outlining a plan of care for my dog.
Like most owners, I was worried about cost. The visit and prescription were surprisingly affordable. I was able to ask questions about different medications and strategies until we were in agreement on what was best for the dog. I left feeling reassured that I had a good plan for the dog.
I will certainly be going back for a regular checkup at a later date. This place was very well managed, clean, and has an excellent staff. Thank you!

up-RYES Bagel & Deli
22 N Bryn Mawr Ave, Bryn Mawrup-RYES Bagel & Deli located in Bryn Mawr has great staff members that are very attentive to new customers waiting to place a order. I appreciate the signage inside of the store to bring customers to the ordering area of the store and pick up order signage that is farther in the back of the store. Keep up the good work with the great tasting food. ?

Pho Street
1001 W Lancaster Ave, Bryn MawrUsually my hubby will pick up the food but in this day, I did... This restaurant, which offers dine-in and take out, is conveniently located on Lancaster Ave and there is a public parking lot directly across the street (on Warner Ave). I ordered 2 chicken pho and was told it would be about a 20 minute wait; the cost was a tad more than I expected (about 30 USD)... I sat in the waiting area for maybe10 minutes before my order was ready. The soup was good. The flavor of the broth is delicate but the hoisin and sriracha amp it up, as well as the accoutrements (bean sprouts, jalapeño slices and mint). I have only had pho from one other restaurant (several years ago) but can't compare the recipes. However, I definitely recommend trying Pho Street.
