“I rented from National in Pittsburge International Airport. The staff was professional and helpful. I choose my car and I was on my way. I did have to call roadside assistance during my rental because of a flat time. The tire was changed by Firestone pretty quickly and billed to the Rental Car account.”

I would have preferred shared acknowledgement of any visual impurities. The vehicle was, however, in pristine condition and the customer service was wonderful! “I've been a zipcar member for a year and use it whenever I need a car bigger then what I have to carry larger items. I like that cars are almost always available where I live. The cars are definitely used hard and often have a lot of scratches but they're city cars and not mine. Zipcar is easy to use and the prices are very fair for what you get.”

“The crew who run the budget counter at Pittsburgh International are amazing. Even when my fast break was not tied to my rental they added it and did not make me cancel my reservation. The gentleman in the garage assisted me to my rental. Though lines may be long and that may frustrate you. Always be polite as they are to you. “I order a rental car on line through Expedia for Dollar Rental to be picked up at Pittsburgh International Airport on March 25, 2024. When we arrived to pick up the rental the gentlemen at the counter was extremely rude and wanted me to pay an additional $127. I refused! My husband and I were stranded at the airport. I went over to the Hertz counter and met with Kathy. Kathy was extremely helpful, and kind. My husband and I were able to rent a vehicle. Kathy was a pleasure to work with. I am so lucky that she was working that evening. Hertz is lucky to have her as a representative for their company.”
“Customer service was great renting and returning the car. The car was efficient on gas and allowed us to tour the city safely. The cost was a little steep blame it on inflation lol”
