“We just moved in and had our first maintenance call. This was in the midst of the recent 12+ inches of snow. Kristina made the move-in process as painless as possible. So far, the community has been calm and welcoming. The walls are decidedly not paper-thin and we don't hear constant noise from other apartments. Lamont and Chris responded and fixed a couple very minor issues quickly. And the parking lots and sidewalks were cleared promptly. Looking forward to living here long term.”

“Such a great experience living at Stone Gate Village from start to finish! You really get what you pay for with all the features in the apartment and you can tell they care about their property and their residents. Maintenance issues are always addressed quickly and respectfully. I especially want to thank Kelsey the assistant property manager for being such great help whenever needed and her support! Wish I didn't have to move out of state or I would've stuck around living here longer. Thank you again for the hospitality!”

When building issues occur they are clearly communicated and resolved in a timely manner. Less than 5 mins walk from the riverfront is a major plus!”

“I have not moved in yet, but so far my experience with the leasing office has been nothing short of exceptional. Amanda is probably the most helpful leasing agent I've ever worked with; she is very quick to respond, extremely polite, and very knowledgable about the community! I had my initial tour with her and her commitment to the complex made my decision to rent with them a no-brainer! I am very excited to call this community home with the continued support from their leasing office! Update: I have moved in since writing this review and everything has been great so far! Specifically the maintenance team- they are all phenomenal but Tim especially has been on his A game with any minor fixes I’ve needed. He is friendly, reliable, and I am always extremely satisfied with the work he does!”

“Great place to live. The management team is helpful as well as maintenance when there are issues that need resolution. ( ex my dishwasher and microwave at diff time periods failed to work, so they installed a brand new one! Awesome! ? ) . Neighbors are super friendly too and so are the pets.”

I work from home, so I'm pretty much always here. The community is really clean and well-maintained. The staff are amazing, from the first tour to moving in. It's a very quiet place. I'm looking forward to enjoying the clubhouse this summer.”

“I LOVE my new home! This place is amazing! PMI is amazing! I got my keys 5 days before I officially moved in. There were a few things that needed fixed. It was done very quickly! I cannot hear my neighbors AT ALL! What a serene place to live! Clean and beautifully landscaped. Would pick this place again and again! So glad to have found this gem!”

“Pros: The ladies in the office are absolutely amazing. Very respectful, kind, and helpful. Great walking paths, nice pool, park for kids and dogs. Cons: Over the winter trash doesn’t show up at least once a month resulting in tons of trash blowing across the neighborhood.”

“Lived here in a pre-furnished apartment on the 21st floor for about a 3/4 of a year. I found it very agreeable - parking could be a little bit annoying at times, but I don’t think I ever had to resort to street parking. The pre-furnished apartment was very nice, and the view was pretty great - seeing a hawk flying eye level with you is a wonderful thing. Unfortunately, the smell of someone else’s marijuana seeped into my apartment at times, but I was largely able to keep it under control with room fresheners. I’ve included the view from my window. I had the occasional issue with having an available dryer, but I moved out in 2022, so I don’t know if anything has changed since. I would give it an overall recommend.”
