“Such a great experience living at Stone Gate Village from start to finish! You really get what you pay for with all the features in the apartment and you can tell they care about their property and their residents. Maintenance issues are always addressed quickly and respectfully. I especially want to thank Kelsey the assistant property manager for being such great help whenever needed and her support! Wish I didn't have to move out of state or I would've stuck around living here longer. Thank you again for the hospitality!”
“A positive experience! I lived at Executive House for a year and I really enjoyed my time there. Office staff are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is timely. When building issues occur they are clearly communicated and resolved in a timely manner. Less than 5 mins walk from the riverfront is a major plus!”

I'm super happy with my apartment! I work from home, so I'm pretty much always here. The community is really clean and well-maintained. The staff are amazing, from the first tour to moving in. It's a very quiet place. I'm looking forward to enjoying the clubhouse this summer.”

“I LOVE my new home! This place is amazing! PMI is amazing! I got my keys 5 days before I officially moved in. There were a few things that needed fixed. It was done very quickly! I cannot hear my neighbors AT ALL! What a serene place to live! Clean and beautifully landscaped. Would pick this place again and again! So glad to have found this gem!”

“This is a pleasant peaceful place to unwind at the end of the day no stresses around this place. Dogs are just safe and controlled and I’m going to miss not seeing all the dogs and walkers so this has been a fun stay for me and somewhat a grown-up wish”
“Pros: The ladies in the office are absolutely amazing. Very respectful, kind, and helpful. Great walking paths, nice pool, park for kids and dogs.
Cons: Over the winter trash doesn’t show up at least once a month resulting in tons of trash blowing across the neighborhood.”
“Lived here in a pre-furnished apartment on the 21st floor for about a 3/4 of a year. I found it very agreeable - parking could be a little bit annoying at times, but I don’t think I ever had to resort to street parking. The pre-furnished apartment was very nice, and the view was pretty great - seeing a hawk flying eye level with you is a wonderful thing. Unfortunately, the smell of someone else’s marijuana seeped into my apartment at times, but I was largely able to keep it under control with room fresheners. I’ve included the view from my window. I had the occasional issue with having an available dryer, but I moved out in 2022, so I don’t know if anything has changed since. I would give it an overall recommend.”

“Camp Hill Plaza is a perfect place to be apart of. My dog loves all the team members they have working in the office and their maintenance crew. I was lucky to have great neighbors, In a neighborhood that's is great as well.”
