“I really like it here and maintenance has been quick and done professionally. Property management has been done well. Some things I don't like is the quality of the water (we don't drink it). High electric bills in winter, rent increases every year.”

“I’m happy with the changes so far with the apartments and with the new owners. Jason is professional and addresses concerns when needed. I’ve been here for years and finally they are doing good for the community.”

“I lived here years ago, it was a nice townhouse. Decent rent back then. Good location too. I liked the area so much I found a house in the neighboring development.”

“I have not moved in yet, but so far my experience with the leasing office has been nothing short of exceptional. Amanda is probably the most helpful leasing agent I've ever worked with; she is very quick to respond, extremely polite, and very knowledgable about the community! I had my initial tour with her and her commitment to the complex made my decision to rent with them a no-brainer! I am very excited to call this community home with the continued support from their leasing office! Update: I have moved in since writing this review and everything has been great so far! Specifically the maintenance team- they are all phenomenal but Tim especially has been on his A game with any minor fixes I’ve needed. He is friendly, reliable, and I am always extremely satisfied with the work he does!”

“So far I love it here the parking can be a little congested. I think we all must have more than one vehicle but my apartment is great and I always loved renting from PMI.”

“I didn't actually rent at this apartment, but I had a great customer service experience through Matthew who always answered my questions every time I called. If he didn't know the answers he would get back to me and he always did”

“I booked what I thought was a budget motel room (300 sqft) but they gave us a big 2 bedroom apartment with full privacy and lots of space! Great stay and amazing value. I got a lot more than I paid for lol”

“Excellent customer service ! I put in numerous maintenance requests, they came out the same day and completed every task. I'm honestly really impressed. And just wanted to say thank you, I greatly appreciate you replacing my patio blinds, repairing the toilet and patching the chipped paint . Thank you so much!”
