“UPDATE: I wrote this review, I am please to add that the company contacted me and asked how they could help improve the situation. I love seeing that kind of response and dedication to good customer service. With people paying that much attention to good details, I would highly recommend that you go with Budget for a truck rental! Rented a truck from here a few times. They did not have the smaller size, so my order go upgraded at no cost to me. While in my case this was helpful, it might not always be so great. The guy who rented to us was friendly, but the service was not super prompt. There was a problem with one of the trucks we rented, but after calling in they helped us come to a conclusion on how to fix the situation.”

“Hidden gem!Went here for the first time to get a hydraulic line made, I needed it ASAP. Rick said come on down buddy I’ll get that made for you in a few minutes. I went down and sure enough he had that line made in five minutes for a very fair price. Rick is one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met, a problem solver with a great attitude. He is a wealth of knowledge. I encourage anyone needing a repair, railroad ties or guns to go see this man! Thanks Rick!”

Every time I come here the owner and staff have always been so friendly and the service has always been quick so you can continue with your day. “I've rented from here numerous times and this location is wonderful. The equipment is well cared for and they have a pretty large fleet as well as a good selection of in-store supplies for last minute needs, ie boxes, straps, mattress bags, etc. The manager and employees are very friendly and helpful. Location is very close to Rt 51 and Rt 88, but hidden in a neighborhood so your vehicle isn't out in the open. I will definitely continue to use this location. Highly recommend.”

“Used a 15 footer. Got charged the 30 fee after drop off because it said gas was too low. Which for the amount of money/gallons I put in and miles I drove doesn't make any sense. But the guy was super nice and it was an easy process to get the truck in the first place as it was last minute so I gave it the 4 star rating. And drop off was nice because u could drop keys after hours and leave truck if they weren't open which is what I did.”

“Admittedly, I've never been to this location, but it's been showing up in my maps timeline for so long that I might as well oblige. If you need a truck to move stuff, you can do much, much worse than U-haul. Personally, I've rented u+haul trucks in multiple cities and they've all worked out exceedingly well. I put all my stuff in the back and then was able to move forward in a manner in line with all local traffic rules. Winner.”

“I'm giving this location five stars and I didn't even rent a truck there my story is my dog passed away. Obviously I was brokenhearted I live in a country so I can bury my animals in my yard. I went to the U-Haul knowing that they have a lot of different size boxes, I went in I was immediately greeted by the gentleman behind the counter. I told him what I needed that my dog had passed away, and I wanted a box to bury him. He immediately showed me a perfect box, reached in his wallet, and took out his charge card and paid for it out of his own pocket. There are still some good people in this world.”

That was my first time taking the rental truck from U-haul and I was bit worried, but the representative helped me in the signing process, explained me everything and that was a very quick and easy process.At the time of returning the truck, another representative came out from the office as soon as I reached in the parking. Verify everything, gas level and other stuff, explained me the amount I owe based on my distance and within 5 mins I was all set!!Really nice experience.”
