We stopped by Dormont appliance and met our salesperson Wayne. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. After speaking with him and going over a few things we were told by other stores salesman about some products, it was a clear we found the store where we wanted to spend our money. They had the best overall price for the washer and dryer we bought. Easy no pressure purchase, and easy quick delivery! Definitely top of our list for any future appliance purchases! “I recently purchased a new gas dryer from Home Depot, had it delivered and installed in my rental property; however, the dryer never worked. After months of playing games with the vendor, (GE) and hours waiting on service calls in which 2 of the 3 service appointments were no call/no show; I decided to buy a refurbished gas dryer from this establishment.Greg came in and asked if the dryer was professionally installed, I assumed it had been, (especially since the service tech from GE said it was an issue with the igniter) he then pointed out that the valve was the wrong size, then went on to show me the real reason the dryer wasn't heating up was because the shipping cap was left on the gas intake and the dryer was incorrectly installed!!Unbelievable! Although he didn't sell me a dryer this time, I'll be buying all my appliances here in the future! Outstanding service, prompt and on time, knowledgeable and professional. Thanks again!!”

Lack of spatial awareness can be an issue in random parking lot, the whole lot is empty yet someone will park next to you. In the end, some people always find something to complain about. In reality, Costco is a 5 star business on every level.”

“Ed from Delivery was very helpful. Here is my tale of woe. Our fridge in our garage was on the fritz. I ordered a new one from Lowe's. Apparently I ordered from the Bethel Park store although I swear this was unintentional as I thought I was just ordering from "Lowes" and not a specific store. Ed called me to explain that his store didn't have any stock. He then tried to find another model that would work. Unfortunately, we wanted to stick with the one we had ordered. Ed warned me that it might take a few weeks to get it, but that he would check everyday. A few days later he found there was one in stock for us! He had it delivered the next day.”
