“We had a great experience at Mattress Firm! My husband, our 8-year-old son, and I stopped in right before closing, honestly just planning to browse and get an idea of what was available. We were not expecting to purchase anything that night.
BJ, the floor associate, was immediately friendly and welcoming. He didn’t just ask what kind of mattress we were looking for — he took the time to ask about our sleep, health concerns, sleeping positions, snoring, sleep apnea, and what would actually help us rest better. He was very attentive and gave us an interactive demonstration of the adjustable bed frames, as well as the differences between plush, medium, and firm mattresses.
BJ was patient, knowledgeable, and never made us feel rushed, even though we came in so close to closing time. He worked with us on the numbers and stayed well past closing to help us get great terms on our new Tempur-Pedic bed and adjustable base. We truly appreciated his time, professionalism, and kindness. Highly recommend asking for BJ!”

Tom C., and Luke, were so careful in measuring the custom banquette, provided a range of options (trim, cushion firmness and thickness, to attach or not to attach).
