“We had an exceptional experience at Mattress Warehouse, thanks to Kay! She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to the individual needs and preferences of both my partner and me. She took the time to walk us through our options, answer our questions, and help us make an informed decision without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Her professionalism and genuine care made the entire experience enjoyable. We highly recommend asking for Kay if you’re shopping for a new mattress!”

“We walked in to mattress firm only to browse completely out of our zone for knowledge of any mattress information. Julian greeted us and from the start was super knowledgeable ( i'm learning there's a lot to know about mattresses and how well you sleep) ,he was not salesman like, and very comfortable to chat with. Turns out we know several of the same people and he had alot to educate us on an outside view which we were very happy to learn all he had to teach us on that topic as well. Turns out he is a well educated guy that happens to gracefully sell mattresses. Nice family guy as well. He stayed well after he clocked out time to complete the sale and never once was pushy. We are so happy with our much needed purchase of a new mattress! Thank you Julian !”

“We woke up to our toilet making strange gurgling sounds and quickly realized we needed a plumber here in Bethlehem. After trying to use an auger myself without any luck, I remembered Stokes Family Plumbing and decided to give them a call. Jermaine was busy but promised to come by soon, and within half an hour both Jermaine and Lucas arrived. They got right to work and used two different types of augers, running about 100 feet of cable to clear a stubborn blockage in our main drain under the concrete floor. Throughout the whole process, they explained each step and made sure we understood what was happening. They treated our home with respect, left everything clean, and were very professional. The price was fair, and I was really impressed with how quickly and efficiently they fixed the problem. If we ever need a plumber again, this will definitely be our first call. If you’re looking for a reliable plumber in Bethlehem, I highly recommend giving them a try.”

“I don’t even know how to describe my experience here. Customer service was off the charts standing behind what they sold me 6years ago absolutely amazing. The best advice I would say is Work with them because they will work with you no matter what. With that being said, they carry the best quality furniture in the Lehigh Valley at the best prices. Art is an amazing sales representative. I wish I would’ve met him sooner..”

“I bought a new GE washer and dryer from Kleckner & Sons in Emmaus a few weeks ago. I wanted to shop local and feel confident about delivery and service, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like a longtime customer. William A. listened to what I wanted and needed, then helped me find the perfect pair that fit within my budget. When delivery day came, David and Tony were fantastic, too! I highly recommend Kleckner & Sons to anyone shopping for appliances. They’ve earned a customer for life!”

“A couple months ago I made a purchase online with Furniture Mecca and initially I had a pretty troubling experience. Due to that I left a derogatory review and rated them one star however, my issues were addressed and corrected after that post was made. I received my overcharge back and I received my product the very next date they had available. Today two months later they followed up with me on this post to apologize again and welcome any other comments or concerns I have. That is quality customer service in my eyes! Especially because I know they are a smaller company that covers a huge region of customers. They didn’t forget me and that’s a company I want to do business with. They will get down to the bottom of any issues that occur and resolve them and follow up when you least expect it. Also, I must say I am completely satisfied with the product. It’s very well put together which is hard to find in today’s furniture unless you spend a fortune. This reclining sectional I bought for my podcast room I will have for years! Thank you Furniture Mecca you guys are great!”
