Charles and Patt are not only in charge of this place, but they are also beautiful human beings. They are understandable and very professional. The storage is always clean and there is never rubbish around. Everything very clean. Security is punctual and I will repeat it again and I will not tire of saying that the managers are excellent humble, kind and understandable people. Thank you for your support in my worst moments.”

“Clean, secure, climate controlled, helpful staff and modestly priced. Only quam is that because of security purposes you lack 24hr access. Not that you really need it. Stuff in storage obviously isn't in use. It's just an added luxury in my opinion. But that's the price of security.”

They moved us from a big 5 bedroom 2.5 bath house we had lived in for almost 22 years into a smaller 4 bedroom 2.5 bath house with several less rooms. Although stressful for us, they were so helpful and patient, offering good advice. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone!”

“Over the years I have used many storage facilities in various areas. The East Penn Self Storage in Center Valley has been the best! The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. They really know how to treat customers like family. They were as nice on the way out as on the way in. The units themselves are clean, dry, and well maintained. The electronic security gate never gave me a problem. Opened the first time, every time.I will be relocating soon, and nowhere near this part of the state, but that is the only reason I left.”
