Super easy online setup, and Tony in the management office is great to work with and has always been available, helpful, and responsive. You can park and unload right at the climate controlled buildings doors, which was perfect because it rained for a couple of days that we were moving stuff in.”
“I asked about a discount that wasn't appearing in his system. Since it wasn't in the system he couldn't apply it. Zach later called me to tell me he had found the discount and was able to apply it for and get me a refund for the overpayment amount. Excellent customer service!”
“I love their service and the pricing! Dylan did a great job showing me the units available and he also told me about the web-based pricing and the one month free option, depending on your needs. It was a seamless quick transaction which I appreciated because and I needed it right away and that all happened without a hitch. I love the new app too, which gives you access to open the gate by your phone if you like to access it that way, or you can simply use the gate keypad.”
“Management is excellent - they took the time to help me find the most cost effective storage boxes, including looking at upcoming availability. Facility is nice and clean, with loading docks in the back, which is not something I’ve seen in other places I’ve used in the past.”

“We are really happy with our storage space at CubeSmart. The size is good and the climate is well controlled, and I believe we will not see any damage to our things because of the climate control. The cost is very competitive and we even upgraded from a 5x10 to a 10x10 when we saw that our move from a 3 bedroom house to a 2 bedroom apartment yielded the need for more storage space after our belongings arrived.”

The manager helped me find the best unit and the best price, taking us for a tour when we drove up. Highly recommend going directly to the office rather than shopping online.
The units are clean and spacious and the property is well maintained and secure. I felt very safe there and trust my belongings are in good hands. They offer insurance for $9 if you don’t already have it, first month free, and a free lock! They also have lots of packing/ moving supplies for sale (good pricing) in the office. The fact this is around the corner from me is just another bonus!

“I wanted to write a review considering that I have only used uhaul to move my furniture and the trucks are convenient for those moving in a time constraint. The truck I received was a bit big, I was not expecting to be charge $200 to go less than 50miles. My transaction was disputed by the GM Taylor Eskridge , although I did not hassle about the mileage, I was concerned about the fuel fee that I was charged . I would recommend this service at this location, just make sure you have photos on your phone not just through the link evaluations. Contract# 79626382”
