“These guys are amazingggg. I was visiting my family here in Chambersburg for only three days and my phone completely stopped working the evening before I flew home. Jordan was the tech who helped me. He was incredibly knowledgeable, a fast worker, and attentive. I only had to wait ten minutes before he was able to assist me. I luckily only ended up needing a new SIM card, which Jordan installed, and sent me on my way. The store was clean and the staff all seemed polite. I will definitely visit again next time I'm in town and need assistance.”

“The 1-800 number for Xfinity customer service is painful and often, useless. Much easier to go in person to the store. At the Chambersburg location, I highly recommend working with Natasha or Bobby. Both are awesome, nice, friendly, helpful and have great customer service skills! Natasha has helped me switch to Xfinity mobile and has helped over the last few years with our cable and internet services. Both, Bobby and Natasha are always willing to help and try to accommodate my family and try to get us the best price/deals!”
